If I could give more than 5 stars I would give them 100 of them! I can’t say enough amazing things about them! They got our pup Keena in for an emergency surgery that day when they didn’t have to. They had never even met our girl before & they went out of their way to help us & saved her life. They were so kind & so helpful! Doctor Ingold did an amazing job with our girl & they took amazing care of her. They kept us informed the whole time she was in their care. They loved her & treated her as if she was their own. They weren’t outrageously over priced for the surgery she required & we are just so very grateful for them & all they did. Even Keena was happy to see them when we had to go back for a check up to see how her incision site was doing. She practically drug us through the door to go see them & tell them thank you for everything they did! If you are in search of a vet that actually cares about your pup & you, I suggest you take your dog here! I’m so pleased with the whole experience that I’m switching to them as our permanent vet. They are simply amazing. So BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr. Ingold & all the staff at Elwood Animal Hospital & thank you so much for all the hard work you guys do & your dedication to all the animals & helping them out & saving lives one day at a time❤️ Happy Howlidays y’all! 🎄

I took my dog Nova to do the hardest thing I've ever done. The ladies at Elwood Animal Hospital were so compassionate, you can tell they genuinely care. She explained everything, and allowed me to lay there with her the whole time, then gave me time alone with her afterwards. I highly recommend them! RIP baby girl

This clinic assisted me with euthanasia for my elderly 13 year old chihuahua awhile back, Bubba. He had gotten sick very quickly, and it was time. This clinic is by far the BEST I have ever been to!! Every single person I met that worked there was so generous, kind, and compassionate, especially at the front desk. I felt he was so well cared for until the very end. The vet and the techs were so incredibly gentle and sweet with my dog. It means the world to me. Thank you endlessly from me and my family.

The staff and Doctors are amazing . They really care about your pets. I had a very very sick little doggy and they kept him and nursed him back to good health. They even call the next day after you take your pet in to see how they are. Everyone is so friendly and kind . I will not take my furbabies any where else.

I wasn't a client of this facility, nor have I ever met any of the staff, but when I contacted them about the issues my cat was having, they were able to see him the same day. So my wife took Binx in, and unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to save him. As painful as it is, we had to put him to rest. My wife told me the vet was super nice and compassionate. Fast forward to Friday, and I get a letter in the mail from Elwood Animal Hospital. It was a card signed by all the staff along with some very kind words. I just want to say thank you for being kind, and thank you for reaching out when you didn't have to. We are deeply saddened by our loss, and I wanted you to know your gesture didn't go unnoticed. Thank you again 🥹

I have an 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer that deals with chronic ear infections. Victoria was extremely compassionate and personable; she eased my dog’s worries and bonded with her instantly! Dr. Raichel was very kind and and took excellent care of her. The entire appointment took less than 45 minutes and very affordable compared to our usual vet. We even got an appointment the same day we called in! My pet is already feeling better and they even offered to give her ear cleanings and plucking every month! We will be bringing all 4 of our dogs back to Elwood Animal Hospital for all of their health needs. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had a pooch with a smell coming from his face or mouth. $1500+ later is was found just to be a skin fold on his lip that needed cleaned with some wipes. We ended up paying for ear drops (not needed), a blood test(not needed) and a dental cleaning surgery(not needed) the wipes were maybe $25.
