I may have just gotten lucky but I took my dog to them and there wasn't a wait. They took my pup in for an exam. He was being seen because he reopened an incision on his face from surgery performed at a different vet and it was after hours. The team there was great. They remembered my (and my pup's) name from when I called. And the doctor was so thorough about going over her findings and sharing his clinical perspective. It turns out my dog probably didn't need the facial surgery. Her and the staff there were efficient and empathetic and empowered me to make next step decisions on my dog. Thank you!

Took my cat in because she had a swollen nose and it turns out she needed to have blood work done, get a fecal sample, x ray of her chest and a few other things too lol the estimate came out to be a lil over $1,200. ? I think the doctor really thought I believed that it was all necessary. My gosh seriously when some try their hardest to screw others over they really don't care how it makes them look. Anyway I don't recommend this spot unless it's your last resort and u literally have no other ER to go to go to then do what u have to do for your pet. Other then that look elsewhere. 2 stars , one for the antibiotic injection, and one for the 3 antihistamine pills that I got to take home. I ended up paying close to $300.

730am arrived …Very nice people but almost laughable and insulting prices .. Now I know it’s an Emergency Animal Hospital but absolutely upsurd …took my cat in who got its tail Degloved in a door hinge .. about 3 inches of his tail gone … waited about 45 mins to be seen .. took my cat back ..Vet came out told us and he was honest could be done cheaper somewhere else said it be $2500-3k (quote ended up at $2800) ..Awesome dude but then they gave me a quote to just wrap the tail until I can get to my doctor at 11am ..$860-1200 to wrap a tail .. I said “So $1200 to wrap my cats tail only to have another vet unwrap it?” “Just want to make sure I’m not hearing things?” She replied with a head nod of yes.. we got our cat and left they did absolutely nothing and we still paid a $130 visit fee for them to basically tell us how expensive they are. Took my cat to my vet $550 for everything including surgery, knocking him out waking him up bandages and pain meds and antibiotics on a Sunday! Great nice kind people but I’m just mind blown on a $1200 “24 hour band aid” Great crew but please only come here for life and death Emergencies for your pets! Or unless your rich!

I called to see if I need to make an appointment, they said no. I got there and told them what is going on with my cat. My cat was irritable, scratching and losing hair from fleas. They told me they do not treat for fleas and all they would do is just give me a prescription (something like Frontlineplus) and for this issue and also told me I would need to see a regular veterinary. For this issue. They should have asked what the emergency was and advised me over the phone. I would not have gone (a waste of my time) and lucky I did not paid for the visit (visit fee $130). This was a very bad experience, my cat is still not feeling good, and most of all, I felt like they did not want to help me at all. I was a waste of their time.

Unfortunately my childhood dog of 16 years had to be put down a few weeks ago. The staff was very supportive and the Veterinarian was so kind and walked us through the entire process. They allowed us to take as much time that was needed to say our goodbyes. Thank you for helping my dog cross over the rainbow ❤️

I've gone to other emergency vets in the past and this one by far is the best. The staff is fantastic and compassionate! They care for your animals as if they were their own. I will always recommend this place to anyone that asks for an emergency vet!! Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I know there are some 1 star reviews that go against what I'm saying but everyone has their own opinions and experiences but don't let that scare you away! I am pleased every time I leave.

The ER vets treated our rabbit, Bruno, with the utmost care and gave him the best treatment possible. The regular exotic animal veterinarian treated Bruno as if he was hers. She would call me every 4 hours with updates and suggested procedures to get him well. We highly recommend this 24-hour Emergency Animal Hospital.
