We were faced with the really hard decision to put our dog of 12 years to sleep yesterday. We don’t have a vet in the area and called a bunch of places for pricing. It’s been a long time since I put a dog to sleep, but I can’t believe how much the prices have gone up. I found this place and it was the cheapest and they could get us in right away so went. The doctor at first was Optimistic about her tumors and offered to examine her before we made the decision. He did, but once he got a look at her, he reassured me it was the right thing to do instead of trying to convince me of treatments that would probably cost hundreds of dollars and in reality only give her a couple more months to live. And believe me I was so vulnerable and heartbroken at that moment I probably would have wanted to move forward and trying to save her. The doctor was so empathetic, caring and understanding, and also made sure that my girl was comfortable until her last breath. The only thing he charged us for was to put her to sleep and her cremation. Other vets in the area on the phone said they would charge us $80 for an examination he didn’t do that. I honestly felt that he had my dogs best interest in mind, had excellent bedside manner and was affordable for the average person. I’ll be back there with my other dogs for routine appointments (hopefully not going through Putting one of them to sleep anytime soon, I don’t know if my heart can take it)

I just want to thank the Doctor for helping us with our cat, Oscar. You can tell he really cares about our "furry kids" and we didn't feel like we are just another number.

The owner loves the pets, hes very caring and explains everything "doctorwise" like your 5 years old. My cat had to undergo different types of cryo-surgeries and unfortunately, he didn't make it months later. (not by any means of the dr or staff) Luckily our vet was able to let us bring my dear loved Fasa into the office the next day, which they understood was heartbreaking, and still is moths later, From the second I brought my buddy into this clinic to the last, I felt he was in the best hands. If there's any clinic you bring your pets to I would seriously recommend Essington Road. I am forever grateful for the staff for the way they treated my sweet boy until his unfortunate unknowing passing. Thank you Essington for everything you did for my buddy. <3

I’ve been taking my cat to Dr. Youssef for about 4-6 years now, and I can confidently say he’s a veterinarian who truly cares about animals. Dr. Youssef and his team are so kind and attentive, always making sure both my cat and I feel comfortable and supported. As my cat has gotten older, it’s been tough seeing him go through health challenges, but I always get the answers I need thanks to Dr. Youssef’s professionalism and compassion. Whether it’s for a yearly check-up or an unexpected issue, I trust that my cat is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

Absolutely glad we found this place and so close to home. First time coming here and every one was wonderful. Very kind, our pet felt comfortable with every one even when getting his shots. Very knowledgeable personal. Highly recommended this place. And best part is that they accept walk ins. We found our new clinic. Thanks for the doggy treats!!!
