I was excited to check this place out, but after my phone call I received today I think I will look elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment online. It was a few days later that I finally got an email stating that my appointment was received and confirmed. With the holidays, I figured this was understandable that they might be a little behind on confirming appointments. However a couple of days after receiving the email that my appointment was confirmed and getting an email to fill out the 17 or so pages of new patient paperwork, I received a call. The lady that called me told me my insurance may or may not be accepted but that she wasn't sure. She said I would need to look into it and call insurance. She seemed unsure about the information she was providing and she did not offer to call the insurance company to check for me (which is fine ish - but I've never been somewhere where they didn't offer to call insurance). After going over all of this she then told me that actually they'd have to cancel my appointment that was scheduled because they'd be closed that day. I told her I received an email that the appointment was confirmed and she said that must have been before they decided they'd be closed that day. The appointment was scheduled for the afternoon of New Year's Eve, so I understand that places may be closed that day. However their online system let me schedule for that date and I was emailed that it was approved. She made it seem like it was a recent decision that they'd be closed that day. Overall the phone call just gave me a bad first impression to where I am uneasy about wanting to go check this place out now despite the other good reviews.

Update: I received a voicemail today that I missed my appointment on December 2nd (which is not even when my original appointment was scheduled). It seems like appointment scheduling and record keeping needs work. I just continue to not get good vibes from Evolve. Also just to clarify on insurance, I had made sure my insurance coverage showed Evolve was in my network online prior to booking. It was the phone call that I'd received where she was unsure if it was covered that made me think it was odd they wouldn't have called insurance to check.

33 pounds down!!!! Thank you, Dr. Kristen, for help in regaining my confidence. Menopause is for the birds! But, with your help, I've been able to lose that terribly stubborn weight and keep it off!! I have more energy, my mood is so much better, and I have less pain because I'm not carrying around 33 extra pounds. Go see her if you're struggling like I was! IT'S WORTH IT!!!! Everybody in the office is AMAZING!!! Miss Charlotte, thank you for all of your kind, encouraging words. You have helped me stay focused when I would stall and get frustrated. I couldn't recommend Evolve H&W more!!!

Phenomenal! Truly a doctor that cares and responds with knowledge for a positive turnaround. I’m thrilled with her after having left a practice of doctors after eight years. She always finds a way to save you money because she has that thorough background of a practicing RN. I see her for all my issues and I recommend her to everyone. If your doctor is not treating you with respect, I recommend Dr Loyd for any health related issue. Thank you doctor for your care.

Dr. Kristen was great! She is super friendly and trustworthy. She immediately knew how to help me with my weight loss journey. Started me on Semaglutide and I have now lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks! I have never felt any better and will have a doctor for life!

I met Kristen today at my first appointment. I could tell within 10 minutes of just talking with her that I wanted to transfer all of my care to her. She not only listened with empathy and kindness but she put together a great initial treatment plan. I wish I had found her 2 years ago when we moved here. Thrilled to be able to work with her now. I finally feel like I’m getting the care we all deserve.

UPDATE: I have now been a patient for 3 months and I can’t express my joy, appreciation and regard enough for Dr. Loyd, Charlotte and Stephanie. Dr. Loyd has spent HOURS with me covering all of my medical issues as well as supporting my weight loss goals. In my 56 years, I’ve never had a provider be so thorough, thoughtful and responsive. She even offers up more holistic solutions and dietary supplements to help with symptom management rather than just continually prescribing more medications. As a retired health professional I am apt to find providers of substance…and DrLoyd and her team have been the best I’ve ever found!

Thank you Stephanie for always being so responsive to my texts. Thank you Charlotte for being such a bright, positive light every time I walk in the door. Dr. Loyd…above all else, thank you for being my advocate, and extending years and quality to my life after I’ve made a lifetime of poor choices. You all are Angels!

Terrible place to go! Complete rip off! All they care about is money! And I can see why, not very busy! That should have been the first clue!!! If I could give no stars I would! This place is a joke!
