Took care of our sweet cat who had an anal gland abscess that ruptured and fever. Love that you can book ahead using their app. Very attentive care for our girl who was in a ton of pain and very cranky. Worth driving from the city since we were seen nearly immediately and we couldn’t get seen by our vet until following week. Price was very fair too. Definitely recommend

EVS is AMAZING!! They have helped my dog several times as if he was their own!! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring and take their time with you and your furry friend. My dog and I came in for dental problems. Even though this was one of the worst cases they had ever seen, they used their expertise to help my pup. They also charge a fair and reasonable amount, especially in dental surgeries.
Would 100% RECOMMEND! They are amazing in every way!

I was very pleased with the care we received. Dr. Waller and the assistant were thorough and very kind. I was taking care of a friend’s dog when it became pretty sick and they did a very good job treating her. They sent a detailed report to me and to the dogs regular vet.
The next morning they called to see how she was doing and to see if I had any questions.
Since it is a walk in facility the wait time was pretty long but the care was good.

The doctor and assistant showed care and compassion for Lily. Both of them got on the floor to do the initial exam which helped calm her greatly. I was very impressed with the whole process at EVS and would highly recommend them for your pet. Best of all, I was able to walk-in without an appointment. Doctor Jordana and her assistant were great!

I had a lot of difficulty find a vet who would see my dog in Evanston. 2 vets were no longer taking new patients and 2 said it would be 3-4 weeks to get in. 2 of the vets recommended EVS - I was unsure at first, as it is located in a Petsmart.

Let me tell you, my dog who was having gastrointestinal Issues, was cared for to the highest standards. They had every ability on site to treat my dog.

Lovely crew and the vet was incredibly nice, comprehensive and had a great bedside manner when discussing my dog’s issue.

Highly recommend- I’ll go back!

Rally was in pain but seem to be possibly something like arthritis but not from an injury that he had. So rally was limping. The people at urgent care were wonderful. Ewelina couldn’t have been nicer and more understanding and I’m so glad we went. They my first line of defense if there is a serious problem with my pet!
