My car was washed a few days prior to bringing it in to to Exclusive Auto Boutique, and I noticed a bunch of swirls and scratches on it from the various washes and this sadly on only a 8 month old car. This was extremely upsetting! I researched a few places and saw that Exclusive Auto Boutique had the best reviews on the block with consistency. I sent them a message about the issue and Danny quickly replied to me with what they could correct with the car, and a time to bring it in. I brought the car over and they inspected it, where we next set up a day to bring it in again to have the car washed, paint corrected, polished and ceramic coated. They gave me an estimated time and kept me up to date with what was happening with the car. The communication on their end was extremely exceptional! They were very caring and took their time with the car. When I finally picked up the car they let me inspect it before anything else. Danny explained what was done with the car, showed me pictures of the process, explained how to further care for the car and took good care of me and the car! My first thoughts were they worked exceptionally hard and are experts at what they do. I noticed that the paint was way better than the first day of me picking up my car from the dealer. Throughout the whole experience they were courteous, communicable, respectable, and extremely kind. I would 10/10 come back to them for any washing and detailing needs and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Overall they were excellent!!!

Took my car here 2 years ago for detailing and headlight restoration. The detailing was fine and at the time i thought the headlight restoration was done well too. This time I decided to try doing a home restoration. With 1 hour of sweat and cheap kit from Amazon i got results that made the lamps look brand-new. Reflecting on the condition of the lamps when i picked up my car from exclusive, they could have done better. When i picked up the car the headlights were still marked up and cloudy in some spots. Corrosion and blemishes were still visible on both headlamps. I assumed this was just because if the age and condition of the headlights. The pictures on this review reflect the results of my recent home restoration. The headlights look brand new with no signs of wear or tear. This is what they should have looked like rolling out of exclusive, but i can assure you that they did not.

RE: owner response - as i said i was in general happy with the detailing and i was initially happy with the restoration because i didn't really have an understanding of what was actually possible. I recall clearly picking up the car from Exclusive and there still being surface marks and haze on the headlamps. The general clarity was improved, but the lamps did not have the smooth finish that was achieved with the home kit. Specifically there was still corrosion and crack-like marks on the driver side headlamp.

Bought a used 2019 c43.. The team at exclusive was very honest about what scratches could be fixed and which were too deep. They did and excellent job with the detailing and ceramic coat. Had a roughly 48hr turn around time which was great.

They also do a great job at the standard bucket wash. Call ahead to schedule an appointment!

This past week, we left our tired-looking black Audi Q5 2010 in the expert hands of Danny and his team to undergo a dramatic transformation. We went all out after years of neglect: full paint correction, two layers of ceramic coating (preserves the former for years, we’re told), full interior detail, engine detail, and underbody wash. The works! Excellent communication upfront and throughout. The result is incredible: gone are years worth of scratches and swirl makes, the dull black turned into a radiant shine. The interior looks flawless, as does the engine bay. The closest you’ll come to getting a new car without buying one. Overall we’re very satisfied, and plan to keep coming back for maintenance washes going forward. Danny and team have truly earned one more 5 star review among many! We wish this business continued success!

Had my truck painted a year ago. It looked great, but inevitably, the swirl marks showed up, a bicycle scratched the side of the truck, a friend dragged his jacket zipper across the bed, etc.

These guys at Exclusive are magicians. They made the truck look better than it did when it left the paint shop. They took their time, did a great job, and were very professional with quotes and communication.

I’m looking forward to being a customer for a long time, they’ve got my business.
