Express Labs and Physicals truly lives up to its name. I went in at 0801 this morning for a drug screen, walking out at 0819. Shaen was very kind and efficient. I honestly wish I could use his services all the time, instead of places like Concentra, which takes hours. Would highly recommend!

Great friendly customer service was in and out in a jiffy would recommend to anyone who needs DOT physical or drug test will return if I need them again highly recommend they also showed great hospitality to my daughter gave her Krispy Kreme donuts and candy thank you guys again!!!!!! She had a blast before school lol

Good service! Was greeted and helped by receptionist when arriving. Walk-ins are available. I was quickly in and out for my drug screening exam. Shaen was great and very welcoming.

My experience at express labs and diagnostics was nothing but amazing! The ladies at the desk were so friendly and welcoming!! Shaen was also friendly, attentive, and quick! I was literally in and out in less than an hour! He was so generous he printed out my orders for me!! I would definitely recommend! P.S he takes walk ins and appointments and they’re open when they state they are 😁

Easily 5 stars. I had previously used another testing center, and though it was clean and the staff was polite, Express Labs was a few steps ahead. From the extremely helpful receptionist to the test administrator I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. It's a little tricky to find so you have to be paying close attention, if you hit Saint Agnes, you've gone to far.
