Malísima calidad , pareciera que son de plástico de las botellas de agua , pésima calidad más valdría un solo par pero de buena calidad , el examen lo hacen tan a la carrera que no te da n tiempo de asegurarte que este correcto, si llegas con problemas de la vista con estos lentas acabas ciego, distorsionan tanto la vista, uso bifocales les pusieron al rededor del frame, como un cuarto de pulgada para poder leer, funcionan terrible para leer. Parece que estoy mirando atravez del agua con estos lentes, extremadamente malos.

I've been a customer here for twenty years, and this place has been on a steady race to the bottom since around 2020. Haven't bought a single pair of glasses from them in that time which didn't involve multiple repeat visits and at least one refund. Bad management, bad lab, bad customer service.

Online stores have greater variety, better customer service, better labs and technicians, and the turnaround time is so fast that I can factually get a set faster online than from a physical store - largely because the online retailers usually get things right the first time, and I don't have to babysit them to make sure they know how to do things like use their own equipment, or read their own forms.

Low-end optics retailers like this one will die out the second the elderly people keeping the stores on life support go off of their own.

My glasses were bent and a guy tried to fix them and was making progress and was very nice. But a female went and broke them and did not even feel sorry about it and was blaming it on how bad they were but the other guy was actually making progress and not I am out of glass for a while and have trouble seeing. Will never come to an eyeglass world again. And I used to be a customer there and had great experiences in the past but now it’s just not worth it to go there.

I am very happy with the experience, on East Kellogg Eye Glass World. The employees were very helpful and professional. They helped me pick out, my color of frames. That looked good on me. Barbara was very friendly and helpful. I would refer anyone to go and see them, for glasses.

This is the best office not only is the staff so friendly so professional the design and eye glasses selection is very stylish. Please go visit and ask for Gabriel (Gabe) he was so sweet and helpful, really went above an beyond for this bifocal first timer he was thorough, professional, and personable. It was the best eye glasses visit I have had by far! The staff definitely makes you feel like they are caring for you and your comfort. In my personal opinion, once you go here its the only place you will go from now on!!

I was very pleased with my customer service experience with Jenny the optician at Eyeglass World. She was very pleasant, well spoken, and provided excellent professional service. The selection of eyeglasses were plentiful, and She also helped me decide on which eye glasses complimented my facial and skin tone.
The prices was very affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some glasses.

First time customer, with excellent service! Barbara was extremely helpful for helping get the choices in line for my eyeglass needs. Her recommendations were thoughtful and discreet. Her patience and her knowledge was a delight to experience. The staff at this location were very helpful and attentive. I didn't feel like a non-petson and/or just another number.
