They are always nice and professional. Got my new glasses in 37 minutes. Even with a store full of customers they are quick and helpful. They even talked to my husband about his new insurance and what to look for in charges for him. I like this store so much I drive from the east side of the city to go there.

We were helped when we came into the store. We were able to pick two different sets of frames.
Got two different lens packages. They were at a great price. I got one pair right away and will have to wait on the second. The employees were both very helpful. We got excellent service. Got the latest in technology in both the frames and lenses. Would recommend them to any one looking for a new pair of glasses.

Eye Mart went above and beyond to make sure I had a pair of much needed glasses. It had been 2 years since I had an exam and they picked up right where we left off! Britton was excellent, the technician and staff were amazing! Glad to be a client!. I will definitely be referring to friends and family!

Service was superb. Quick, easy, way cheaper. First pair out of there that I’ll actually finally wear! I was going to spend over $500 plus my insurance at Greene vision and I didn’t like most of the designs. So thankful my sister knew f this business! I spent nothing out of pocket. Love my progressive lenses. Everyone loves the frames. I can finally see again!

Eyemart Express in Wichita at 21st and Maize was an experience I am still telling people about...Leia was my customer service representative, and she was amazing...she explained everything to me...I had just visited my eye Dr. and I had a new eye prescription in hand...my previous experience with purchasing eyeglasses is expensive and time, waiting for the new glasses to arrive...so...this whole experience made me feel like I was being PUNKED on camera, to get my reaction...every step of the transaction only made me wonder "HOW CAN THIS BE SUCH A GREAT DEAL!!!" Leia explained the special promotion Eyemart Express was providing at the time, which to me was an unbelievable price!! So...i accepted...
Literally, within 30 minutes I had walked into this store, and walked out with 2 quality, durable, comfortable, custom made eyeglasses fit to my head, and my prescription for $40...REALLY!!!
I STILL CANT BELIEVE IT!!! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND STILL SHAKING MY HEAD IN DIS-BELIEF WITH THE DEAL I RECEIVED, AND THIS ALL TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES!!!
IF YOU NEED A NEW PAIR OF EYEGLASSES, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THIS IS REAL!!!

No matter who helps me, each time I go there they have great customer service as well as being vary knowledgeable of the workings of there warrenties. I've also seen them be vary patient with hard to work with customers. These qualities are disappearing these days from companies not willing to invest in there people and bad management priorities.
