Dr. Risser (and all the vets) are so knowledgeable and caring, the nursing and clerical staff are very friendly and always sweet to my dogs. Piper is 9 and Hank is 4, and they’ve been seeing Dr. Risser their whole lives. I trust Dr. Risser with their lives, and my dogs are the most important thing to me.

Dr. Luth and the staff were wonderful.
We were warmly greeted at check in and check out. The vet tech and Dr. Luth were both professional and very thorough but also friendly and kind.

We loved our experience with Dr. Jennifer Crowe. She was thoughtful, an active listener, and so kind in her demeanor towards our rambunctious young dog. She heard out our concerns, shared several options for solutions / next steps, and put our minds at ease about our minor concerns. I would recommend Fall Creek vet to anyone because they care about each pet and family. Staff is super friendly and always remembers my dogs name when we come in the door. The vets showed us great empathy and sympathy when we lost our two dogs a year ago. For 10 years they have been the best decision we made with our pets! The individual and specific attention and care from each vet is comforting.

As someone who recently purchased a purebred German Shepherd from a breeder, we were very concerned about finding the right veterinarian.

Since we live behind the Fall Creek veterinary hospital, we thought it would be a perfect fit. However, during our visit with my son, who is the dog's owner, we were disappointed that they couldn't show us around.

The staff primarily focused on discussing their dogs and ignored my son. They provided little information about pricing and only allowed us to schedule appointments over the phone.

When I called, they mentioned a $71 fee that would go toward the final bill, but they were vague about the services provided.

Overall, our experience felt unprofessional and more akin to a higher-end clinic that seemed uninterested in the well-being of pets or their owners.

We then decided to try our second choice, Bridgeview Pet Wellness Clinic, located up the road.

From our first interactions, we found them to be pleasant and welcoming. They allowed us to schedule an in-person visit, and the fee for the first exam was only $25.

They also engaged in conversation about our pet and spoke directly to my 12-year-old son as the pet owner.

Based on some reviews, it appears that the owners of the first clinic respond sarcastically to negative feedback and show little concern after having built their new facility.

It seems that some business owners fail to understand the importance of customer service.
