The employees at this location are great, sadly the manager is not. Every time I come to the location to get a print job done, she sends me to self-help.I am willing to pay extra, but she always sends me to self help. Today when I entered the location, there were 0 customers in the store. When I asked for help, she called me rude. She has zero interest in the customer experience. At times I have been at the location, I have witnessed the same behavior towards other customers. Your previous manager at this location was excellent and was easy to work with. Your current manager makes things harder than they need to be for no reason.

Far and away the worst Fed Ex/Kinkos experience I've had. I get that this location is small and only offers limited services, but that's not what makes this place bad- its really the people. This location is the closest one to my place of work, and I often find myself needing to print documents on my way to and from work as well as on my meal breaks. In my experience, the people here are unfriendly and pretty visibly uninterested in their work or helping their customers. The woman I find myself interacting with the most hardly interacts with me at all. She shows little to no concern for whatever issues I may be dealing with while I'm there, and walks slowly from place to place around the location, presumably to avoid doing work. If something I'm paying for gets done wrong and I ask her to correct it, she huffs and rolls her eyes before taking steps to fix the problem. When the place gets busy she ignores most of the customers and doesn't say a word to her multiple coworkers who can be heard loudly laughing and talking in the back. I've visited this location a number of times over the past few months and this is a recurring thing here.

And that's all on top of the many technical issues the place has. Their self-service printers are often offline or failing to establish a connection, making their print-and-go services almost useless. I've had to resubmit documents simply because the machine couldn't establish a strong enough connection to download my documents properly. Even printing from a flash drive can be a hassle. Today, as I printed documents from my flash drive, the machine indicated that there were issues while printing one of my files. I went through the process of resending documents multiple times as the machine charged me for each failed print. I would have asked for a refund on my failed prints, but the same woman I mentioned above was on the clock, and I'm sure she would have been too helpless to refund me.

From now on I'll just plan the extra blocks it'll take to walk to another location into my lunch break or commute to work. This place is a waste of time and money.

Excellent service! Very helpful & professional. Even took an extra moment to seek out a less expensive alternative than I originally planned on. Which he did and it arrived 2 days earlier than my original method & also saved me a few bucks which is much appreciated!

Was in serious need of some printing help. Jessica at this location was awesome. My client was incredibly happy with the final product. Having to do business when visiting an area can be a bit distressing and she made sure the order was well made and done in time. Thank you!

Called ahead of time to make sure a Notary Public would actually be at the store, and walked over 10 minutes after I made the call. Waited in line to learn that the NP was taking a lunch break (at 3.30pm), and wouldn't be back until 4.30 pm--the time they told me on the phone that he was leaving for the day.

The location is very clean office manager and Clerk helped me very much return my item to Amazon and explained to me the process and what I would have to do will preferred to use this location again no problem
