They had lots of Berta fish in tiny cups. Of water for sale for $5 and so many of them were dead..this is neglect!

Once again, I will be calling corporate office about Feeder Supply in Corydon, Indiana. Complete disregard for literally the basic necessities to house these snakes. Don't even care if I sound like a Karen anymore. No thermometers to monitor the temps, NO hydrometer to measure the humidity (keep in mind these snakes originate from Africa and require 60-80% humidity or will develop resp infections.) Once again has the snake on an unregulated heat mat, known to cause SEVERE burns. Literally all you have to do is throw some thermometers in there, hvac tape on the top, and a regulator for the heat mat (heat mats aren't even advised but whatever). Back in the winter, in the freezing cold weather, I called the corporate office for housing a snake the same way, and had him directly in front of the sliding doors by the freezing cold weather. I don't understand why this branch will not put forth the effort to house them appropriately. The Feeders Supply in e town does a great job. You can all hate me there idc anymore. I'm going to keep coming in and checking. And I'll call and make a negative review every time until you do something about it 🤷‍♀️

I just bought this beautiful bird! They took excellent care of him while he was in the pet store. The manager and the rest of the staff played with him and got him friendly! They said they think he was abused before he came in and that he wasn't a fan of hands. Now he is getting better with hands and wants out every second of the day! 🙂 His name is Mango!

I get all of our pet food at Feeder Supply. So happy they opened one in Corydon. So much more convenient to get to & the staff is always helpful. I picked up this new leash for our cat at my last visit.

Decided to go in and buy a Betta fish. Staff was friendly enough but distracted and it took a while for me to get help. The betta i got has fin rot and possibly the ick. Sad how the fish are being treated at this store.

We have both inside and outside dogs. They can get REALLY dirty. Feeders supply pet wash is a great option. The washing tubs are elevated so you don't have to break your back. They offer all the supplies as a part of the fee which includes a rubber apron, shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, and towels. There is a large dryer in the room so you can dry your dog before putting them back in the car/truck. There is one wash room for extra large dogs. My kids have enjoyed having this pet wash in the community.

The man who was working tonight with the skeleton earring (I can’t believe I don’t know his name yet) is always so helpful and patient! I think I was in there for about an hr tonight and didn’t leave until moments before they closed. He was never pushy and even though I kept apologizing for all the questions and being in the way while they closed he constantly told me I was fine and to take my time. He was very knowledgeable about the products and even sold me on a few things I didn’t even know I had been needing all these years! He is the same way with every customer I’ve saw him interact with. He always has a smile on his face and is literally excited to help his customers and show them new products. Please keep him around…he makes us smile 😉

Also, I should note the manager working tonight is also very helpful and friendly. I’ve just had more interactions with the man who helped me for so long tonight.

Most employees are great. I did have an issue after being told by one that a tea tree shampoo would help one of my dogs that had skin issue. I let vet know during appointment that I had gotten this oatmeal and tea tree shampoo for him and she told me not to use it since it can cause damage to dogs. When I went back to the store to let the manager know, she said they new this but Feeder Supply's carry what the company sends them and said she couldn't take it off the shelf. So please be careful. They don't care if it might cause your animal issues, they just care about making money.
