I can not say enough great things about Dr. Dail and the staff. I had my cat at his regular vets office for a cough that they were not at all concerned about no matter what I was telling them. A few days later the cough continued so I took him to Felines First which is a 45 minute drive. Nicholas was very sick and getting worse. Thank you Dr. Dail for listening to me and recognizing this was NOT just a hairball. I will be forever grateful 🙏. He may yell for the entire ride but it's music to my ears knowing you have him on the road to recovery. What a wonderful place and caring staff you have. Thank you again! See you in a couple of weeks!

The team at Felines First is top notch. Kind, thorough, and highly competent, they are very tender to my cat, who is now ancient. Even though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will continue to use Felines First and recommend that other cat-lovers do the same.

Where do I start! Ok, here it goes! I was nervous for my babies. A new vet and we just moved and they have been through a lot and a week later I’m dragging them to the vet! Mom of the year! When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. I was taken back and the first thing I was asked, was if the kitties are friendly with one another. They are siblings. I was told to go ahead and let them out and explore! In the background they had soft music that made me relax and the kitties went on exploring a bit, but mostly stayed together. When the vet came, she went over everything, and I mean everything! I had questions, she had answers. She gave tips and advice. My babies did amazing and actually did better at the vet than they did getting into their carriers. When it was time to check out! I was thinking it’s going to be expensive because they are new and I was a bit behind on some shots! Oops! I was shocked at how reasonable it was and I even added something for the babies as a treat. I was definitely impressed with them and how smooth everything went. We even got little toys for the kitties! I left so happy and so relaxed!!!! I absolutely recommend this place for your little feline babies!

Dr Dail and her assistants provided superior care, comfort and concern to my kitty Lillie who had a stroke at home early wednesday morning..her blood pressure was very high and she was diagnosed with over active thyroid...her vision and mental capacities had been affected...I could not believe this could happen to a cat..and not my baby
Dr Dail quietly and efficiently assessed the situation and had already based on h e r expansive knowledge of cats and symptoms had pretty much known what had happened even before testing...and because of this I was able to make a not so easy decision to allow my beautiful sweet cat to be put to rest...

Dr Dail and the ladies at the front are always so kind and helpful when we visit or call. They take great care of our three boys. The pricing is fair and treatment, pricing, and next steps are always explained clearly. They were recently able to get our chronically sick cat in on very short notice and the follow up on the results of his testing was very quick and put my mind at ease. I am so happy to have found such a great vet for my cats!

Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Dail. We are first time cat owners and adopted a pregnant mama cat (surprise!) and her kitten. One month later we were fur parents to 4 more kittens. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. They are the absolute best!

I switched to this vet after having some bad experiences at another vet in the area and they were amazing. My cat was way calmer, they do extremely well with nervous cats. Was not as expensive as my other vet and the staff was so kind. Very happy with my experience

I just brought my new kitty to Felines First and the entire staff was super friendly and great with my kitty Luna with this being my first cat they answered all of my questions gave me a lot of good information and said if I need anything they are there to help. They even showed me how to cut her nails and made Luna feel super comfortable not forcing her at all like I have seen at vets in the past do to hurry up the appointment. They even gave her some treats to help her feel calm since this is her first vet visit. Anyone that has a cat should definitely bring them here if your looking for a vet it will be money well spent!
