Much better than big chain veterinary clinics. Same staff as years ago when we visited with our other 2 dogs. I trust the vets, techs and desk people here. My dog wasn't even scared to return for his stitches to be removed after his surgery! That makes me happy.

A rabbit was run over in front of our apartment and was suffering horribly. We didn’t know what to do but a friend told us about Festival. We called and explained the situation and they didn’t hesitate to offer help to humanely treat the rabbit. Their compasión is extraordinary and we will be bringing our pup to them in the future after this experience.

The location is clean, comfortable, and I felt welcomed by everyone there. It was a brief experience today but I have to give then five stars.

We've been coming here since we got our little Mochi and I can't say enough about the veterinarians and the vet techs here. They're all wonderful and go above and beyond to help you. They always call to follow up and make sure that everything is okay after (our dog) underwent surgery or received a new medicine, etc. We absolutely trust the vets here with our dog and would 100% recommend them to others.

We have been bringing our dog here since she was a baby, and for years Festival Animal Clinic helped us keep her healthy and happy. When she got sick last year, they immediately got us in and helped us navigate her cancer and through the end of her life. We have a puppy now and it seems like this little baby needs to come visit bi-monthly! Festival has welcomed us with open arms with all our questions and concerns and never has turned us down, even at the end of the day or on a weekend. We have seen Dr Costello, Dr Emily and Dr Leenerts, and all three have treated us like we are family, and our dog is their dog. Their staff is amazing and so kind and we are so lucky to have known many of them for years. Thank you Festival, for everything you do for us!

I've been bringing my two dogs to Festival Animal Clinic since they were just pups. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because it's family-owned, and I really expected that close, personal touch with each visit. Over the years, I've even recommended a bunch of my friends and family here, thinking they'd get the same great care. However, the past few visits have left me with concerns. On my last trip, we weren't even taken into a private room. The assistant seemed to lack gentleness with my dogs, which was alarming. When I voiced my concerns and sought to speak with the doctor, I was met with an air of inconvenience. It felt like I was more of a bother than a valued patron. It's started to feel more like a quick transaction and less like a place that genuinely cared about my pets. I get that places change over time, but it's disheartening to witness the loss of that warm, family feel I cherished. I'll be sharing my recent experiences with the friends and family I've referred. I sincerely hope the clinic reevaluates its approach to both customer and pet care.
