Having gone through therapy before, this therapist did not seem interested in me and my daughters situation, she did not take any notes with us, and from my experience counselors do. She seemed like she didn’t believe my situation with the comments she made to me. We switched therapist as soon as my appointment with Lori was over.

Lori literally saved my life! She helped me work through my major depression and anxiety. She helped me realize that life can be a struggle, but I am more than capable of handling it. She has been the best listening ear. She shows true empathy and love for me and my family. Every time I see Lori I walk away with greater insight and a sense of hope. She has been a bright light at times in my life that were the darkest.

I have never had any issues with billing or appointment scheduling.

Lori Findeis is a good counselor. We used her services for a little more than six months. In the end we stopped because there were so many errors in their accounting. They were constantly asking us for more money than we really owed and they failed to credit many of our payments to our accounts. I had to spend a lot of time to figure it out and try to correct the mistakes (charging for sessions that we canceled, charging for a session that Lori missed, and not crediting our account for payments we made).

One of our scheduled sessions was also canceled because we refused to pay more. After I figured out how much we owed at that point, I found that we had actually over paid by more than $300!

Reconciling and paying the statements from Lori was a very frustrating experience.

Lori has been great with my daughter, she has really helped her deal with her anxiety issues. I have never had a problem with scheduling or billing. Highly recommend!!

This therapist has been wonderfully helpful for my son, which in turn has helped our entire family. She has been flexible time and again with our schedule and circumstances. If you are looking for play therapy, this is where you want to go!
