Intelligently and quickly removed an odor from my home with a hydroxyl generator. Completed at a fraction of the price that another company quoted me at (the other company wanted to send in multiple people to do manual labor and apply expensive chemicals). House is now nice and clean, which is helping me sell the home. Excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend AllStates Services to any of my family or friends that find them in the unfortunate & daunting situation of water in their basement! Over the past 3 years, we have had to call AllState 3 times due to Hurricanes Irene & Sandy and then another bad rain storm that left our carpet and walls damp in our basement. Sean & Bonnie Ivry and their team came over within hours of me calling! They assess the situation / damage and bring their equipment and get right to work drying out the basement or draining out the water if necessary. They also calmed by nerves many times over the concern of mold & mildew damage from the water and reassured me that the drying out of the carpet and walls would alleviate any of these issues. Sean, Bonnie and the AllState team were also extremely communicative & responsive to my requests / concerns throughout the process, especially during the hurricanes, when they needed to leave their equipment in my basement for a few days to make sure everything was dry. They came to regularly check on the progress to ensure that everything was working as it should have. I would confidently recommend AllState's carpet cleaning & restoration services to anyone that needs this type of work done in their home!

This company also operates under the name of Allstates Services. Use this company if you are ready to pay three times more than the original price quoted to you over the telephone. Their technician comes an hour early before the scheduled time. Checks your house and immediately doubles the price and tries to see how much more he can add.
I have a copy of their expired coupon used to cheat customers on their website and their signed contract.
