There are not enough stars to give this amazing veterinary hospital. Everything is state of the art, and the people are deeply caring for the animals. I have never been to such a relaxing, calm environment when stepping into a veterinary hospital. I rest easy anytime I drop my dogs off at this establishment. I am especially impressed with the abilities of Dr. Anjali Daryani. She is like an angel on earth who has the knowledge and experience necessary to be the best small animal veterinarian I’ve ever met.

Today my wife and I had to put down our 10 year old Lab mix Bear. He hadn’t been acting himself for the last several days and so we brought him in today to get checked. Turned out he had a very large mass growing that involved his spleen and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for him. I want to say that the staff at this hospital should win an award for not only how nice the facility is but in addition the professionalism, care and compassion of everyone from the front desk at check in but also the vet techs and the doctor. What an amazing team of professionals. We were able to grieve for our buddy boy Bear in a private room with him, without any rush until such time that my daughter was able to join us and say our final goodbyes. We will never forget how loving we were treated. If I could give a 6 star rating I would most certainly do that. Thank you so much!!!

Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital has definitely exceeds my expectations. The place is beautiful and the staffs are so kind, welcoming, friendly and overall a good vibe to be at. They provide the best care and really work with you financially and break down all the expenses and procedures. They are very understanding and you can tell that they know what they’re doing and care very much of your fur babies. My Lydia had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Liang and Tiffany and meet the two kind receptionist. Terrific people and very sympathetic. Definitely a great place for fur babies to be at and taken care of.

The staff is amazing with their level of grace towards pets and their owners. I have taken 2 of my cats to them and both experiences were exceptional. They listened to us and did their very best for each of our pets.

The first time they were the only office who would see our 17 year old tabby who was in failing health. He needed help moving on because it was just his time. They let me give him a last treat, he loved flowers so they gave him some to snuggle with and he went to sleep in my arms.

Our second trip (about 2-3 weeks later) was crazy scary on our end. We got a new kitten for the family and then one Sunday she kept throwing up. Because they had been so kind to our old cat we took the kitten in. She needed surgery to remove something from her stomach that had gotten stuck. Turns out she tried to eat a kid’s Band-Aid. Since then the kitten has fully recovered and is back to zooming around the house.

My kitty started pawing at her mouth, so we decided she needed to see a vet asap. Unfortunately we could not find a soon enough appointment, but one vet suggested we call Folsom Ranch because they were a newer practice and may have spots. We came in on the same day on an urgent care appointment which was also reasonably priced!

Dr. Liang looked at her mouth and provided us with a dental treatment plan shortly thereafter. He answered all my questions of the different components professionally and reassured me when I expressed worries about how my cat would cope post-procedure. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and had my cat's best interests at heart! We went home with pain medication to tide her over until her dental procedure in a few days. I was called a day ahead to get her ready for surgery and I also got a call once the dental radiographs were done and she was under anesthesia. They also called when she was done with her dental and let me know when I could pick her up. The vet techs went over post-operative care with me and answered my questions. Everyone spoke of my cat with great care and I know she was in good hands! They also wrote her a goodbye message. Like many cats, she can't read, but I appreciated it!

Cat dentals are never cheap because the different components add up, but I felt that the pricing was on par with other practices based on my other two cats' dentals. Dr. Liang did mention that I could price shop if I wanted, but I felt the estimate was worth it based on previous experience and the level of care at this facility! Given the fanciness of the building, I actually feared the estimate would be double!

Also on the intake form, new clients must agree to treat staff with respect, which was a detail I appreciated given how ill-treated veterinary professionals can be! Everyone staffing this hospital was very friendly.

I am so happy that I came here. I took my old kitty to another vet before them and I wasn’t satisfied with the information or help that I got. So I came here a couple of days after and I wish I never went to the other vet. The lady’s at the front desk were lovely and lightened up the mood after having a stressful time. Dr. Liang was very knowledgeable, provided solutions and helped me calm my nerves. I went from thinking that I had to put my cat down, to feeling hopeful that she will get better and be able to live a bit longer. Pricing for procedures were more reasonable compared to the other location that I went to before. The building itself is beautiful, I really enjoy the clean, modern atmosphere. If you’re thinking about taking your pet here, do it. I will be taking the rest of my cats here as well. I am glad I found a good vet ?

We were blown away with our experience! From the start, pancake and I were met by their attentive staff and offered refreshments and snacks. We were then immediately escorted to our very own examination room!

Simply amazing. It made everything very personal and intimate and I didn't have to worry about our little sassy 7 pound terrier's anxiety around other animals. Our vet tech was extremely sweet and allowed me to hold Pancake while she took her vitals. Pancake is very nervous, but to my great surprise loved Dr. Noack (and even gave a kiss!). The hospital is definitely meant to make you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible and you can tell how much thought was put into making sure this was the case.

We've already booked her next teeth cleaning with FRVH!
