Absolutely amazing! I live about an hour away from them, but it's worth it as they took very good care of my rat brixie and her teeth. They even sent me a card when I had to sadly inform them she was gone. They are a bit pricey though, but they do good work, and really care about animals. Really hoping I can take my other two girls over there when I get enough money ?

We had a leopard gecko that sustained an extremely severe injury. We brought him to the clinic to humanely end his pain. The vet actually called me and told me that they could give him fluids and pain meds, and that they would like to wait and see if he had any improvement. Within about a day and a half, they called me with news that he had passed. However, they gave him the most comfortable, dignified death that was possible. When I came to pick up his remains, I was handed the most beautiful package, as well as a card signed by the entire staff. They made a hugely difficult situation a little better for our family. Highly, highly recommend this practice. They care a lot about the animals they treat, as well as the families attached to them ❤️

I've been bringing my pet chameleon since I got him about a year ago and have always left satisfied with the level of care they provide. I like Dr. Burchfield and the team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. However, I recently encountered a new late fee policy that I found disappointing. Due to traffic in Atlanta, I was just under 10 minutes late for an appointment at 5:00 (so during high traffic time and I left early like I always do) and was charged a $50 late fee, which they would not waive. This new policy is if you are 5 minutes late to the appointment you are charged with a $50 late fee. I’ve always arrived early and have been a loyal customer, so it was frustrating to be penalized despite my history with them. I mentioned my concerns and spoke with the office manager, but the fee remained, and I paid over $600 for this visit.

I genuinely love the care this clinic provides, but this policy feels a bit rigid for clients who may occasionally struggle with unexpected delays. I hope they consider a bit more flexibility in the future, but as for now, I will not be returning.

Amazing place! I brought my cockatiel, Oreo, in after his blood feathers broke because we suspected he was still bleeding. We were panicking and this was the closest avian vet to us so we took him without an appointment. However the staff was super amazing - they immediately checked him out, provided treatment, and sent us home with some pain medication. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and efficient. The vet and vet technician were amazing as well! The fee was also very reasonable. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone! They truly cared about my little birdy!
