I can't say enough nice stuff about this place very compassionate . We had our sweet Bella put to sleep and cremated. Two weeks later she was back with the sweetest box and plaque and a paw print picture frame even some of her hair. I cried so much it was so sweet . I will tell everyone and recommend !

I am a first time new customer with 2 dogs and I can't say enough great things about this place, from the front office folks to Dr. Steve and his assistant.
Dr. Steve took the time to do a thorough exam on both dogs and was very informative about what changes I needed to take to keep my girls healthy& happy. I would highly recommend this place for your animal's care.

1st time there. Facility was clean, assistance was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Was awesome, treated what needed treated with knowledge, compassion and care. My Lilah is awaiting a teeth cleaning which I’ve been unable to do at other veterinary clinics due to extreme quotes. No more, now she can be scheduled and I’ll be able to afford it!?

They would not allow me to bring all three of my pets simultaneously. They would only take two at one appointment. I chose another vet. I live 45 minutes away. Two trips are just ridiculous. Their reason was that people make appointments and don't show. Oh well, they lost a customer with three pets. That's a good customer.

This was accute care after hours very reasonable cost. Snake bite A1 service. This was venomous and they attended to Charlie the Beagle and saved him. Staff and DVM were exceptional in urgency and care. They noticed right away with a quick check, tongue was bluing and immediately took him back. There is a process of quoting cost of care which may have delayed treatment but not by much. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to be able to afford this without second thought. Pet insurance is highly recommended, I didn't have it but will. I also highly recommend this facility for accute care, no experience as regular customer...to far away, took 25 minutes to get there. Need someone in the Callaway area. From my understanding there are only two Vet facilities that have anti venom in PC/PCB area.
