Always have a great experience going here! They are cheaper than a lot of other great vets. I use to use them for when my vet was full but now Foxmoor is my cats primary! The staff is very caring and friendly. I love that I can text them to set up appointments or ask questions. So convenient! They also always have openings within 24 hours. I was use to waiting days or even weeks before at other vets. Will continue to come back. Plus, they love to see Apollo!

Only bring your animal here if you wish to waste money, receive poor care, and be disregarded by an unprofessional office manager named Karen. Ironic name isn’t it?

Their prices have risen exorbitantly over the last few years while their quality of care has taken a nose dive. They spend 2 minutes with your pet, basically giving them a once over. They ignore your concerns and don’t take into consideration any of the information you tell them about your pets condition. They are not proactive at all in the way they exam your pet and fail to discuss very basic things regarding your pet’s overall health. I didn’t realize how truly pathetic the level of care is until I took my pet to another clinic. There I was met with kind staff, an attentive vet that was thorough with their care, and was provided a wealth of information regarding my pet’s condition. All at a slightly more affordable price! With Foxmoor, it seems they are less concerned with making sure your pet is happy and healthy, but more so eager to hand you the bill and send you on your way.

Although I have my concerns with their care, the absolute dismissiveness and unprofessionalism displayed by the office manager Karen is what truly prompted me to write this review. When I tried to discuss my grievances it was hard to even get Karen on the phone. She was happy to let the receptionist and vet tech deal with me, essentially hand waving my concerns and leaving employees (who should not be forced to deal with a client’s grievances that they can ultimately do nothing about) to go back and forth delivering her messages of hollow explanations to me. I wanted to refrain from “shooting the messenger” and had to ask several times over to speak to Karen. When finally on the phone, she is extremely condescending and met my concerns with what essentially boiled down to “we did nothing wrong” with an added air of “who cares if you’re upset, we will do nothing about it, and frankly here’s a list of why YOU’RE actually wrong”. Tsk tsk Karen… Now you know this isn’t how you keep clients. Your response was pitiful. You really couldn’t give me any leeway on truly acknowledging the issues I had with your facade of a properly run vet clinic.

To wrap this all up, I’ve besmirched Foxmoor’s name to essentially everyone in my life who has a pet, and encouraged them to tell everyone they know not to use their services unless they want to shell out money and receive next to nothing of value in terms of care. As for Karen, and I know you’re reading this girl; if I can be completely honest, if I can truly bear my heart and soul in this review, I wish the worst for you. Run a better business and see if you can buy a better attitude because you certainly weren’t born with it. And with that I bid you adieu! Happy New Year 🙂

P.S - I see you like to be catty in the replies Karen.. save it and know how to shut your mouth for once.

Brought my uncles cats in for grooming and nail trims. From the time we went through the door we were made comfortable and Yoana did an amazing job without having to use any sedation.
I wish I had gotten the name of the wonderful lady at the front desk so I could name her here as well.
Will definitely recommend Foxmoor and Yoana to my friends and family with pets.

I love Foxmoor!!! They know my dog the minute I walk in, and we always feel welcome. We love our vet as well, who takes the time to talk with us and answers all questions we have with patience.

Poor excuse for a Vet. I've had many dogs in my life, some better and some worse than the dog I have now when it comes to the doctor. Since moving, this is the first dog I've taken to Foxmoor and it will certainly be the last.

Hes still a young dog not even done growing yet. The doctor is still relatively new to him as hes only been to one a few times now. As some dogs do, he has anxiety coming to the vet. Instead of try to comfort him, make him feel safe, or be patient, their first answer was to dose him up with anxiety medication. I regretfully tried that and when it didn't change anything, their next answer was to sedate him.

I find this to be an absurd answer. You mean to tell me that every time he needs any form of treatment you want to dope him up and for the rest of his life no less?! Foxmoor initially recommended the drugs for a simple nail clipping. The ante was upped this last visit when recommending a full sedative to give him heartworm medication.

I am happy to say that I have already found a place that can clip his nails with absolutely no trouble and without drugging my dog. He even enjoyed his time there, believe it or not. I fully intend to prove this place wrong again and hopefully reform how my dog thinks of the vet by finding a better one in the process.

There were many other things that rubbed me the wrong way about this place but what I mentioned above is what warranted me leaving. If you love your pet and want an enjoyable and pleasant experience for both you and them, do NOT come to foxmoor veterinary clinic.
