Dr. Cutchin and the team are great. Through the years they always treated us and our pets great. Even during Covid they made special care available for one pet that's time had come to an end. More recently another pet needed help crossing over and the love and care given by the entire staff was amazing. I don't know how they do this service with such care and love over and over but bless them for it. I couldn't recommend a better place to take your pets.

The place helped me so much ..one example is Taylor in the front desk . I found a dog she scanned it and went beyond her duty to find the owner. They are very patient at the front desk and the staff in the back on the care the give . Thank

I had an almost identical experience to another reviewer’s experience with a stray that I brought here very pricey and poor communication after the initial test results from the first biopsy came back negative instead of removing the mass (benign cyst ) recommended another biopsy when the mass could be removed and sample from the procedure could be sent for further testing effective and efficient this demonstrated to me that the vet was less interested in the patient and more interested in how much he could charge for unnecessary procedures still I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I brought the second cat also a stray that I was told to bring in the following week who was otherwise healthy just needed shots I was told to come back the next day as I wasn’t going to do a wellness check ( translation your not spending enough to make it worth our time) the heathy animal was traumatized from the 20 min car ride hyperventilating and got car sick It was then that I realized this is not the place for care and compassion to animals that are sick or abandoned just a place to be overcharged for marginal care at extreme cost I took my stray to another vet that did not want to put her through unnecessary pain and suffering to increase the bill at my inconvenience Should have read the reviews first

Friendship Springs Veterinary was my dogs vet for 13 years. Dr. Kitcher and his staff are the best. They are always great about helping you however they can. Their main priority is your pet not money! My fur baby recently passed away at 15 yrs old, but will definately be back when I get another fur baby! Thank you guys so much for the great care you gave Moose! ❤️

The doctor does take care of your animal. BUT Do not leave your dogs here. Do not board your dogs here. The staff does not take them out to potty. They do not care, .they neglect your fur babies. The staff does not want to tend to them. It’s a sad situation when that’s their job while your fur babies are in their care. And on weekends they do not go to the facility to let them out. Just be aware

Love Dr. Cutchin! He is an amazing diagnostician and surgeon. He listens to me and trusts that I know my dogs best. I totally trust his judgement with my dogs. I drive 45 minutes to his clinic when there are at least a dozen vets that are closer.

They have no respect for other people’s time. I waited 30 minutes to pick up my corgi to be told it could be another hour before the veterinarian was done seeing all the animals. This information should have been provided when I arrived.

I cannot say enough about the kindness, experience, compassion, and integrity of this group of staff! They always go above and beyond taking care of both the pets and their owners. Class act all the way around!
