Wonderful care! I was visiting from out of town with my dog when she had an emergency. After calling 4 other vets in the area, who were all to busy to treat her, I finally called Fulton County veterinary clinic and was told they would see her as soon as I could get there. I drove 30 minutes to the clinic and they met me at the car in the parking lot and took the dog back to start treatment while I filled out the paperwork. They kept me updated while I waited and all went well and she made an excellent recovery! I can't thank them enough!!

We were so thankful you got us in same day as a new patient. Everyone from the receptionist, technicians, and provider are amazing. We are switching to this office being our new veteran, and have convinced his mom too as well! Thank you for making our baby feel comfortable (as much as possible lol) and better!

I’ve been taking my three pups here for the past few years and I don’t think I could ever take them anywhere else! After some rough experiences at previous clinics, I have extremely high expectations - and this clinic surpasses them all! I leave each visit knowing my pets are beyond loved by each of the staff members and I can confidently say they are in the best hands under Dr. Coston’s and his techs’ care.

They’re very kind and caring. Prices were not outrageous. They’re very similar to every other vet so for the low star ratings just be aware that this is normal prices for every vet. If you can’t afford a pet don’t get one it’s just like having a child….

Dr. Coston is a truly, truly great vet, however, wait times are way too long. If an appointment is made, sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes to be seen is unacceptable. I have sat over 20 minutes in the lot and sat an added 20 in the waiting room on a recent visit with one of my dogs. Dr. Costin was very apologetic, and I accepted his apology. Today, I have sat 25 minutes already. When voicing disappointment about this to staff (Shanna), she claimed I was rude and “would cancel my appointment if I want to be rude”. However, I was in no way rude, I was just explaining that time is valuable for their clients as well, and stating, “we are busy” isn’t good enough. More staff could be hired to solve a lot of these issues. If the wait times are fixed, I would be happy to offer a 5 star review. Edit, I gave a 3 star review while waiting in the lot and called back to explain I needed to cancel and get back to work. I stated my reasons and, Katie, who answered this time, laughed because this is apparently funny, so now it’s a 1 star. Please hire staff who can understand a little about customer service vs snickering girls who behave like children as soon as a client voices an issue. As an executive level sales person, who deals with a demanding clientele daily, I am truly appalled. As for Dr. Coston himself, sans the wait times and staff behaving poorly, I would give him 5 stars.

So happy to have an exotic vet that is awesome,caring and knows about your pet. Got in right away for my gecko's needs and is recovering very well. Highly recommend 👍👍👍
