Best animal hospital in Bloomington, last July I had to put down my sweet baby and doctor Cody was nothing but accommodating during the whole procedure. My sweet boy also battled with diabetes for almost a year and this vet was nothing but amazing to us and always got my fur baby in anytime we had concerns. If I still lived in Bloomington I would still be going to this facility! If your bring your babies here just know they will have the most amazing care!

Have been truly incredible. We are a multi-cat household, and the majority of our cats have behavioral and/or extensive medical needs, and Furry Friends has provided a quality of care that is better than anywhere I've ever known, for animals or people, through the whole lifespan. They truly are amazing. If I were to write out all the details over the past 3 years, it would be far too long for Google 🤣

We had to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 14.5 years yesterday. The care and compassion we were shown at this difficult time was truly comforting. The vet tech was amazing with her care. We were too overcome with emotion to get her name but we are thankful for her and the vet.

I took my 8-month old kitten to them. They examined his gums and said he had stomatitis and would have to have his back teeth removed. They said that cats do fine without their teeth. I brought the kitten to another vet who suggested that I just give him some oral vitamin D. A few months later, his symptoms appear to be gone. I believe that Furry Friends care about their patents and their owners. I just think they should have explained to me that this was an initial diagnosis, how serious or not urgent the need was to bring him back quickly, and that if I brought the cat back in for an x-ray and closer exam if that might reveal more or less of a problem than the initial look at his gums revealed.

Worked my dog in for an emergency, clearly explained my options, and communicated with me multiple times during the day. Their careful management avoided a costly surgery and my pup had completely recovered within 2 days. They even called first thing in the morning to follow up and check on her. Very grateful; highly recommend.

Our dog needed surgery and one of the vets (Dr. Cody) actually came in from home to help. The staff stayed after hours until almost 9p to take care of our dog. Unfortunately, he did die the next day, though no fault of the vets’. Dr. Cody was wonderful and caring and spoke to us on the phone several times. We are heartbroken over the loss of our dog, but thankful that he was cared for by the Furry Friends staff.

I could not be happier with the quality of care, Dr. Kelly's professionalism and caring nature, and the overall experience we had with the staff and facility. Dr. Kelly was patient and listened to our concerns, and diagnosed both of our animals accordingly. She did not try to push expensive medications on us, and instead explained options as to what we could purchase and where. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming and we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to give your furry friends quality veterinary care.

I just took my two puppies here after not being able to find a vet who would accept new patients or even had an opening before next year. From the moment I arrived, I felt like this was a place that I wish I had taken my previous dog. Everyone was very friendly and loved on my girls. This helped my puppies relax and they were so calm after they realized that there was nothing to be anxious about. I had a bunch of questions for the vet and all were answered. She treated them like they were the most important dogs she's ever met. I really appreciated that she allowed them to be puppies and wasn't mad that they didn't exactly sit still. I'm very glad that I found this place and that my dogs will have a proper place to get check ups, etc. I also appreciate that the vet was willing to see both of them at the same time and I didn't have to make 2 appointments. Thank you!
