Dr. Buckner and her staff were wonderful! Our Ellie had swallowed and seemed to have food stuck. She kept coughing every few minutes. We took her to the emergency vet. Dr. Buckner determined it was her trachea and it was irritated. After a detour shot and a med, she is just fine. Dr. Buckner got in the floor with her and was so gentle. I highly recommend her and her staff!

I can’t thank Dr. Buckner and all the staff enough for their kindness and empathy. I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. During the entire process Dr.Buckner and staff were so understanding, reassuring, and compassionate. I was so grateful to be able to cuddle my Ember girl as she crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈🌈 Thank you for making sure my girl was comfortable and crossed over in peace.

They were wonderful and super caring with my cat. My cat gave me a scare the other night after laying with my dog he must've gotten some flea medicine off of my dogs back from grooming him while I wasn't looking. I didn't think much of it at first because I applied it the night before. Then my cat started acting strange and having muscle tremors, so the only thing I could think of was that he got flea meds from grooming my dog. So I took him up there, they observed him and gave me updates. The treatment went so well that when he came home, he did a complete 180, and he was back to his happy self again.So happy they worked so quickly to save him. Thank you guys so much! 💓

Thank you to Dr. Buckner and all the staff for their kindness as we said goodbye to our Army Vet lab Cisco. During the entire process Dr.Buckner and staff were so compassionate and understanding. They let us spend as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. I’m so thankful to Dr. Buckner and staff for making his last moments so comfortable.

Visited this clinic on July 4th when no other vets were open, hoping to get real help for my sick dog. We were kept there for 5 hours, and the vet spent most of that time trying to guilt me into running expensive tests that didn’t seem necessary. After all that, they told me he was just constipated, charged me $1,000, and sent us home with no real answers.

A few days later, still worried, I took him to our regular vet who quickly diagnosed him with kennel cough and prescribed a simple antibiotic. He’s now completely back to normal.

This place wasted our time, stressed out my dog, and cost me a small fortune without actually helping. I get that it’s an emergency clinic, but basic diagnostic accuracy and ethical treatment shouldn’t go out the window just because it’s a holiday.
