So I’ve been taking my dogs to this place for over a year. I have to say the doctor is amazing but today I had the worst experience ever. The manager was very disrespectful, they had me sitting in the lobby for like an hour, which I didn’t complain. I had three dogs with me, and one of my dogs came off the leash and ran to smell another dog and this manager started being hysterical and very disrespectful. I apologized for my dog getting lose and asked her to apologize, she said no there’s nothing that she needs to apologize for. She’s working at the wrong place, you gotta have patience with animals. and all of this would’ve been resolved if they would’ve put me in a room while I waited to be attended.

The East and West office are both filled with caring, compassionate, empathetic and charismatic people that understand pets are family members and should have the same level of care. I have witnessed that commitment and love of animals with every staff member I have been in contact with. However, my cat Azir is a bit miffed that I am not catering to his every mew after an extended stay there. Ok, maybe I am but seriously they spoiled him too and honestly, I am 100% in for a vet that loves my pet and is passionate about their well being beyond it just being a business transaction. Now, feel free to marvel at the cutest cat in the world ?

We love the entire team here, but Dr. Sujdak and Camoline and others specifically; they all treat my boy like he is a part of their personal family. He is a very big dog who is even more nervous than a chihuahua and no matter what they always make sure that he is happy and healthy and safe as well as everyone else! Thanks so much to them for being a part of our village!

I took my dog for deworm. They charge me 75 dollars for an exam because I am a new client. But the report I got did not even say what kind of exam they did just a word healthy. I don’t know what exam they gave my dog cost 75 dollars. And also 35 dollars for fecal test and again not even explain in the report. And people there kept on recommending there products to customers. It didn’t look like a reliable vet.

I just left the office and I felt like that the lady behind the counter, which is a manager was really rude and unfriendly so maybe she should work on her attitude some or just stay home this was a sixth street office

I brought my elderly dog to the clinic because some recent testing revealed cancer and I was advised that euthanasia was strongly recommended. At the clinic I was informed they would have to place a catheter to administer the medication and that I would be allowed as much time as I needed after this was done. They took her from me and assured me they would return momentarily. But they did not bring the dog back to me. More than 30 minutes passed. I then demanded to know what was happening. They told me their vet technician was unable to place the catheter and they were waiting for the doctor to finish with other patients. More time passed. Finally the doctor and his assistant returned the dog to me and immediately tried to euthanize her. So much for allowing me as much time as I needed. I ordered them from the room. The dog, who had been completely calm, was now hysterical and her front legs were bloodied. I could not console her and I allowed them to put her down.
And this is what I still don’t understand. Why didn’t they bring the dog back to me until the doctor was ready. It would have taken them less than a minute to walk her back to the exam room. But their only concern was their own convenience. Because of their callous unfeeling actions they insured my dog spent the last hour of her life alone in a cage, while I waited less than 15 feet away.
After the euthanasia I was left alone with her. A short time later I opened the door of the examination room and the entire staff, the doctor included, were standing in the hall listening to my grief-stricken reaction. Apparently the outpourings of bereaved pet owners are a source of entertainment for these people. I was literally sick at the sight of them crowded around the door. And they all looked caught out, because they didn’t expect me to exit the room so quickly.
It has taken me months to write about this because I was so traumatized by what happened. These people failed my dog and they failed me. I have another dog now but I will never set foot in that clinic. And until my dying day I will warn people away from them. That’s why I’m writing this review, to spare another pet owner the trauma my dog and i suffered at their hands.

Very happy with this vet group and staff. Would highly recommend. I love that we can just bring our Sophie in and it's basically first come first served. We go very early and get seen very quickly.
