Do NOT take your small children here, especially if your child has any fear of the doctor. I suspected my 2.5 year old had an ear infection and couldn’t get in to our primary ped so I took her to Gateway. For context she was hospitalized twice a month ago with RSV and pneumonia and since then has developed a fear of the doctor/taking medicine. So as soon as the NP came in she started crying and trying to hide. The NP literally said the words “you better get that under control or it will ruin your life”. I was actually too stunned to speak.

3 stars because the nurse and doctor were great but the receptionist, Lissa, was horribly rude. I took my son in about 40 minutes before closing and I apologized for cutting it so close and that if they didn’t have time I could go elsewhere, the place was empty and she just sighed and didn’t respond for a bit. She asked what was wrong and I told her he had been nauseous for a few days and lethargic and when he asked to go to a doctor, I knew he was serious. She said idk what you want us to do for a stomach ache and I said idk either ma’am that’s why I’m here. Last I checked you weren’t a doctor. She acted very reluctant to let us be seen. The doctor and nurse were fantastic but idk what the receptionists problem was.

Arrived at 6:30 (they close at 8) - nobody in the lobby but the receptionist, two cars in the 100+ car parking lot, before I could even ask a question was told “we’re at capacity for the evening there is another at this address”. Nobody answered the phone either after I walked out and called the main number. Feels understaffed and like they are playing it safe turning people away.

MYt issue is with the NP Ashley Guenin. She accused me of abusing my son because I took him in for arm pain x3 days and he also an arm fracture that may involve the growth plate l. I could not recall an I jury wher the hurt his arm. I called my husband as my husband is a stay at home dad and I work so he would k ow more than me on if he injured it. He reminded me that our son had fallen running to the bus stop but as his older sister walks him to the bus was not aware if he hit his arm. His older sister confirmed he did hit his arm as well. So why is Ashley writing in my sosn chart that she concerned with how he got the fracture, questions marks around me telling her the truth that he fell but thats I nor my husband saw it we were not aware he also hit his arm. He also saw the burse at school as soon as they got to school because his knee was bleeding but he did not mention his arm then. Ashley also put incorrectly in the chart that he complained of the pain only yesterday despite me telli g her he's been complaining since Thursday of his arm hurting. I understand they have to lookout for si gs if abuse, but to be labeled as one when my son has never had anything 3kse thst took us to the er other than this and his chronic health co duties which are well documented why the he'll would you label me as such as treat me as such?!?!? If you think that just based on a fracture you should not be in the medical field!!!

Came in at 7:15pm right before they closed with a nasty finger slice that needed three stitches. The nurse practitioner Chris Burns was awesome! The entire staff was really wonderful… And they stayed open later to take care of me. Super appreciated! I’ll be back in 10 days to get these stitches out.

Legitimately the nicest urgent care I've ever walked into. The building is super well lit and there is plenty of seating. I came when nobody else was there which was equally nice! Professional and kind staff. Super prompt. I got in and out in under 30 minutes.

They get you in to a room pretty quickly, but after that be prepared to wait on the nurse practitioner or doctor. If you don’t mind waiting good place.

Probably the nicest immediate care I've ever been to (visited twice). Staff are polite and professional. Building is very clean and wait times have been very reasonable.
