Our cat suffered a paw injury and began limping and we started calling around vets but couldn’t get any soon appt, we called Gentle Care Vet and they got us in same day morning appt ! Same thing happened again when we needed an appt and again, we were given a same day appt. The Dr is patient and takes his time, he examined her, trimmed her nails, gave an antibiotic shot and prescription for home. He took time to show us how to administer the oral antibiotics as well. They are very responsive over the phone as well. Turns out our cat is somewhat injury prone since she wounded her ear recently and I wasn’t sure if it was an injury, ear infection, or ear mites and the Dr was able to look at pics of her ear and reassure me it wasn’t ear mites but a wound. Would highly recommend !

Dr. Verma and Sandy have been taking AMAZING care of our 2 furballs ever since we got them. When the one was a puppy, she had gotten tapeworms from being born on a farm and living there for 8 weeks prior to us getting her. We were frantic when we saw the worms and were trying everywhere to get her an appointment. We had just moved to the Plainfield area and hadn't own pets of our own prior, so finding someone to take on a new client was impossible. They were able to see Willow less than 2-3 days later, as a new client, and were able to confirm she had worms in her stool. They gave us medication and made us feel confident it could be resolved with the medication, which it did. A few months later, she had blood in her stool and we weren't sure what from but as responsible pet owners we called and they were able to see Willow next day; that's unheard of. Apparently she had gotten into something dietary that was giving her complications, so they prescribed her a special dietary food to eat and help soothe the stomach. Now fast forward to yesterday morning at 3:00 A.M. Willow is now almost 2 years old and was limping around on her front leg, we assumed she had an issue with a nail. All frantic again, we called on the 4TH OF JULY and they answered and booked us an appointment for the following day, which was today. They confirmed she had puffiness and irritation around the nail and needed medication and no running while also monitoring it. We also take both of our dogs there for their routinely shots when need be as well. This is our go to vet clinic and we haven't even considered looking into going anywhere else, and never will. They have taken such great care of our furbabies and helped us out so much along the way. Thank you for everything and we will continue to bring Ozzie and Willow to you whenever is needed!

Dr Verma was kind , gentle and helpful in helping my cat . He went above and beyond in giving good care to my cat .

I had a such a pleasant experience with this Vet Clinic! I had been calling around all week trying to find a sick visit Appt for our pup.. everywhere was booked out for weeks. I finally found Gentle Care, explained my dog’s symptoms and they were able to see me the same day. Gave me an honest quote of services and were able to do the procedure right then. They walked us through everything. We’ll be making this our regular Vet. Thank you so much!
