Busy but totally engaged with each client. My 2 boys had their first doc exam. All the helpers were patient with the bouncing 6 month old Lab. The doc is great. Knows her stuff. Answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Glad I found Gentle Hearts.

We brought in our new adopted boy (Gumph, now Wylie) to Gentle Hearts, we were 20 min late and we were informed about the late policy. They graciously did not charge us or cancel the appointment, perhaps they detected our embarrassment, so sorry. In my 30 years of being a pet owner, Dr. Boyd is the first vet that really took the time to go over my new baby's care. She was extremely informative and took good care of our boy. So glad we chose this office, I love seeing one doctor. They gave recommendations of what shots/services for our little guy with no pressure. I thought the costs were very reasonable. Staff was nice and the office was very clean. We look forward to our next visit with Dr. Boyd.

Dr. Hoskins truly cares about animals. I took my little kitty Merlin to see him after we noticed him peeing outside the litter box and some crystals in the urine.

Our appointment was at 8:45. We walked into the room to see the doctor at 8:45 and saw the doctor maybe 5 minutes later. Huge Plus!

He explained everything that they were doing and had a chart laid out on pricing and were not pushy at all with getting money. I said "Take that off," and it was done.

He also explained what was causing this (stress). I explained 3 weeks prior my kitty lost his best buddy Benny my dog. He reassured us on everything. He sent all of the tests off and personally called me to explain everything. He gave me multiple chances to ask questions.

I am very picky about healthcare, this includes with my animals. I will be bringing Merlin back and Dr. Hoskins will be his vet.

My dog and I had a great experience here with her checkup and shots. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to make sure she was comfortable, you can tell they really care about their patients. Super happy I picked this place for my dog's care!

Gentle Hearts treat my puppers like family. They helped me get the proper vaccine shots so i could temporarily put my pup in a kennel when I first moved here a few years ago until I bought my house. I can't thank them enough.

We moved here a little over two years ago went to a couple veterinarian offices took us our third one which is Gentle hearts animal Hospital, and absolutely love the care they provide. They don’t rush you, they explain everything, they go over all pricing options. Highly recommend.

where is the area to not add a star, We have an injured dog, And I called and without an appointment. They can not assist. I'm sorry but Vets in west coast with this mentality Are trash. I will not support any vet that thinks this way. I'm from chicago and I use to go to a vet there without question or timing or what ever circumstances they was on it and was never a long wait. They were always busy and they was accepting everyone. These vets out here especially this one. Absolute trash attitude, "I'm sorry if you do not have an appointment then we can not accept any walk ins. Next available is Tuesday" Like really? Absurd!
