We have been going to Dr. Hassan since we got my childhood dog when I was 10 years old. I’m now 27 and we still take our dogs here because there is no vet I trust more than her! She is kind, intelligent and compassionate. She always keeps your budget in mind, is honest and provides different options. She truly cares for your pets. The staff is always kind and helpful. They’re always excited to see my dogs. In fact, when my childhood dog had to be put down due to cancer in 2016, they cried with us and gave us many hugs because they loved him too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of my dog babies. Highly recommend!

Great experience! They were all so friendly, organized, on time and thorough. Today was our first visit and it went so well. I liked doing the new patient paperwork online and sending my dog’s vet records through email. I also like the App that they have. It was also very clean inside and well maintained in the parking lot.

I’m giving it three stars because Dr Hassan is an awesome vet. Their techs have work to do though. The last two times I went in I was quoted a price then charged more. When I took my dog in to get spayed I was told she couldn’t be in heat which is understandable. When I got there for her appointment they told me she had to be out of heat for at least a month, something they should have told me from the start. I filed an insurance claim and was told a couple of weeks into it that I needed the SOAPS to finish the claim so I emailed them. I checked the next day and got “we’ve been busy” so I drove 25 miles to pick them up so they wouldn’t have too since they’re “too busy”. When I got to the vet I was told that they’re “working on it”. Needless to say, I left without getting my dogs SOAPS. Since apparently they can’t do what I ask with my pets then I’ll probably be looking for a new practice soon.

Absolutely LOVE these guys. Everyone is so very helpful and I know our fur babies are their top priority. I have debated giving a 5 star only because we did have a bad incident with 1 vet tech that I have not seen there recently and because of that a comment from 1 of the vets that still rubs me the wrong way (it very well is a misunderstanding on my part because I would hope that she didn't mean what she saidbthe way she said it and i know they want to keep their staff safe and one of my dogs can be very reactionary) but they gave us the option to not see this particular vet unless there was an absolute emergency that prevented us from having to. They always accommodate our needs and are patient with my constant badgering and incessant questions with a willingness to take the time and reassure me.

Dr. Hassan has been providing care for my pets for over 10 years. The office team, especially Amy and April, are all welcoming and warm. We never feel rushed when we come in, Dr. Hassan takes the time to explain meds and care and make sure that we really understand what’s going on with our pets’ health. When budget is a concern she helps to plan out care so that we don’t experience a financial strain. My dogs are so comfortable with her and the team, and I’m confident that my puppies have a happy healthy life in front of them!

Dr. Hassan is one of the best veterinarians that I have ever been to. She is caring, compassionate, and obsessive about her good care. I am so impressed with her. I sent my parents to her for their dogs and they felt the same way. Very Impressive!! Highly Recommend without reservation!
