After going to other vets me and my cat were treated very poorly. Everyone at Glastonbury was super nice and welcoming and the prices for services are much more reasonable compared to a commercially owned vet office. owned by a husband and wife, they legitimately care about your pet and try to give you multiple options and a fair assessment as far as treatment goes. Great people will be going back for sure.

My husband and I got our first fur baby together, Gracie a beautiful bangle kitten and we researched and asked around about vets and Glastonbury came highly recommended and for good reason, grace was spoiled and felt very comfortable, nurses and doctors were great with excellent personalities we all were so comfortable and relieved that we found such an amazing place with excellent professional staff!! I’ve been bringing my pups here for a few years now and have never had anything less than a great experience. Through the transfer of owners, I am confident in the care they my dogs are getting. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and take sufficient time with the patients. I’ve had a dog with anxiety come here and they handled it very well. Their prices are reasonable and they really care about our pets. Will continue to use them!

Pic of my happy boy just days after being treated for an infection.

I had a pair of feral cats that I wanted to rescue/adopt.
They were able to accommodate me with day of care as capturing them was never a guarantee with feral cats, and were informative to the continual at-home care as well as potential future rescue options regarding trapping / treating.

They followed up the following day to check on the pets in question and were amiable to fluid followup appointments pending capture of siblings/parents.

Pleasantly happy with how my ‘new’ Veterinary visit went following their transition in Ownership. Was very happy for years with my friend and schoolmate who recently retired and moved. The new Vets are great. Thank you from Farley

I have been taking my cat to Glastonbury Vet Hospital for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr Haviar takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and try to make things easier for me and “OTIS” in his treatments. Highly recommend

We bring our three dogs to Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Dr. Haviar, Dr. O’Connor and their staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It’s clear that they truly love animals, and it shows in the way they treat our pups. We also love seeing the improvements to the building each time we visit—it's clear they're invested in making the space as comfortable and welcoming as possible for both pets and their owners. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team!

If you’re a customer at Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital, please take note — there has been involving deceptions in service charges (which I’ve just filed a consumer complaint with DCP, CT.gov) at this local vet clinic as it’s now under a new ownership: As shown in my bills, the previous time (it’s still w/ the former ownership, 02/03/2023) I took my puppy there for ear infection treatment vs. as compared to today’s ownership for the same ear infection treatment, 09/04/2024 — they unjustifiably added entirely new charge for $87.56.

Besides, I brought my puppy back (09/16/2024) about 2 wks after the 09/04/24 treatment date — due to the fact that their treatment was useless, didn’t result in any improvement for the ear infection symptoms were still there: I explained the situation & they took my puppy away for no more than 3 minutes. And the vet came back admitted that the last treatment doesn’t work & told me to buy a new medication to treat my puppy at home. Not only that they refused to honor the cost of the previous treatment, they charged me additional $122.62!

Thus, please be aware & inquire all necessary info prior to your next visit — so that you can make a more informed decision…

By the way, I searched online at Amazon.com & found this TRIS Ear Flush for $16.99 from Pet MD for both dog & cat’s ear infection treatment — Boy, it works like magic! Wish I knew…
