This morning I called with a guinea pig with a health emergency. She had an upcoming first vet appt since she is new, but this emergency came sooner than that. The office staff were thorough and nice. We worked with Dr. Torres and had an all around positive experience working with him and his team. Everyone was caring and sensitive to our little pig. We left today feeling hopeful about our game plan. Regardless of what happens, I feel everything that could have been done was offered. These things are sad and scary, having compassion is important and I am grateful for these vets we worked with today. We will be returning with, hopefully her, and her two sister for regular exams.

Update: my Guinea pig Punkin has pulled through and is healthy now! She took another turn a couple days later and was seen again by Dr. Parr. The experience was positive like it was with Dr. Torres. With these instances being emergencies both doctors set us up with good game plans within our means to care for little Punkin. Now she’s back to zoomin around and playing with her sisters!

After having an awful experience with my [still] sick pet at another clinic, I decided to get a follow up here as my parents speak highly of the practice. The suppprting staff is so friendly and caring, and Dr. Herda exceeded my expectations coming into our initial appointment. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your furrbaby. She took the time to come back in to the room to answer ALL of my questions, which there was a lot, and not once tried to rush me out of there or downplay my concerns. I will 100% be back and highly recommend Dr. Herda and staff.

We adopted a kitten and were referred there by the rescue. We also brought our 2 others cats here for a checkup. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. We saw all 3 vets and they were all great, very helpful and caring! They are a little higher in prices, but they offer such great service that I really didn’t mind it too much. Will be coming back next year for my babies’ checkups!

I can’t express the amount of compassion this vet hospital has. Dr Hernandez made my Jack very comfortable in every visit we had. We had to make a difficult decision to say goodbye to my baby and dr. Hernandez and staff talked me through everything, and made sure we were both comfortable and gave us as much time as we needed durning the process. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and compassion durning this tough time. If your fur babies need a great doctor and staff for anything I recommend this vet office to everyone looking for a comfortable thoughtful place.
