Good Samaritan offers a warm and friendly environment. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely cares about you and you fur baby. They are also reasonably priced and don't seem to push unnecessary testing as I've experienced with other veterinary facilities.
Our scheduled appointments have always been on time. We feel very comfortable and safe knowing Casper is in good hands.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating and there was no “high-pressure” upsell for services…VERY IMPORTANT nowadays for Veterinary Medicine. Very straight forward and conservative treatment practices. The RVT’s are knowledgeable and informative, and Dr. Dimov was very direct in his application and approach to Runner’s treatment. Hat’s off to this Hospital

We have been bringing our dogs to Good Sam for over 12 years for wellness exams, medical issues and boarding. Everyone from the employees at the reception desk to the technicians to the vets are very caring and we know our dogs get the best care. Even though we have a vet clinic on the corner of our block, we continue to still go to Good Sam for our new puppy, Ajax.

I love Dr Eckloff at Good Samaritan Veterinary Hospital! Veterinary Care is the most important aspect of my visits, however the customer service is significantly affected by their recent covid protocol changes. It is extremely chaotic and frustrating when arriving with multiple pets. Their phone system does not accommodate the number of callers they have scheduled appointments for, so you have to just keep hanging up and calling back in order to get through . Sometimes it takes 15 minutes of hanging up and calling back over and over again to get through on the phone. If I were not aware how good these vets are, I would not be waiting this out. Also, if I had an urgent need with a very sick pet I would not want to be enduring this kind of frustration.

As I mentioned, veterinary care is the most important aspect of my visits to an animal hospital., so I still extend five stars to this business, however it would be most helpful if check-in procedures could be evaluated and overcome the phone system issue, which has been going on for a very long time.

The front desk staff are very helpful and patient in trying to deal with this issue as well. They also make every effort to accommodate appointment needs which is very helpful.
