I love this place. As far as vet hospitals it's one of the best. Super clean, always smells great, the team is friendly and take their time. They always get me in for an appointment never have to wait. They offer alot of services and their prices are comparable if not better then other clinics in the area. I have never felt pressured by anyone and they always give me options. It's hard to find, not just a good vet but a good veterinary facility and team. Good Shepherd really has the complete package. Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies and being patient with me.

We are so grateful we found Good Shepherd Pet Hospital for our fur baby, Munson. They were able to get us in very quickly, reviewed his medical history, administered the vaccinations he needed and gave us great advice about health concerns that are different as we are new to the region. The Dr. got right on the floor with Munson to make him feel comfortable and they called the next day to check on him. I am super impressed with the care provided down to the welcome sign in the room and won't be going anywhere else!

Good Shepherd took us in today, Saturday, on a last minute emergency after my dog had been attacked. Within a half hour of us arriving, they had called in the Vet and started the process of getting her into surgery. Good Shepherd was our life saver today! So grateful to have good care, close, open and ready to take my dog within a moments notice.

LOVE THIS CLINIC! My regular vet couldn't get my kitty (who was peeing blood) in right away, and I saw a review for Good Shepherd on Trinity Chat. Not only did they get my Peanut in the same day, they made the entire situation as stress free as possible. From the ladies at the front to the technicians (Lara/Kate?) and Dr. I, I knew my baby was in great hands. We definitely have a new vet! Thank you to everyone who made a terrifying situation as comfortable as possible! Peanut sends her love too. ?

Friendly staff but they're very spacey and unorganized. They forget to conduct treatments that we asked for which results in our puppy needing more meds, they've forgotten to bill us and try to gather payment after the fact, they did not provide any instructions on medicine scheduling for our puppy so I had to try and Google it so as not to over/under dose him, and they also don't follow up with you regarding time sensitive treatments. Would consider again if they got their processes solidified.

Found a stray kitten in terrible condition in a parking lot and they did not hesitate to help us! These people are absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. The entire staff is so amazing.

Wow. At first I was a little unsure about the place when I called but once I arrived it was great. Fast customer service, amazing and nice people, super respectful, they even offer you something to drink. I was in and out in about 15-20 mins. Really knowledgeable and super super friendly. Also, the prices are super doable. Found my new vet!!

I highly recommend Good Shepherd Pet hospital. Recently relocated to Florida, from first contact with office staff, to the care provided throughout as well as following up with test results/checking in on our yorkie they provided excellent services!
