It was my first time going to the veterinarian and I loved my experience. I am very thankful that I found this place. The facility is clean and pristine and everyone is nice. Special shout out to the veterinarian assistant Kalilah who really made this place for me. She is super knowledgeable, professional and sweet.

I took my dog Chance here to get his free exam and update his vaccinations. Rachel the vet tech was so informative and amazing with him. Dr. Fultz really educated me on things to do with Chance. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are caring and I truly enjoyed the visit today.

I was very disappointed with my interaction today. I’m a regular patient at the Dunwoody location. Love them and in the past when I’ve been unable to reach them this location has always assisted. I am out of town for the holiday and ended up staying longer than expected and ran out of prescription food for my diabetic fur baby. So I called to get assistance since Dunwoody wasn’t answering and appeared to be closed possibly due to the holiday. Mind you all the vets have access to the files. Jordan who answered came back to phone stating that Dr Feltz said since they hadn’t personally seen my baby they couldn’t/wouldn't assist. I knew this wasn’t typical protocol since again Drs at this location have assisted me before. I had to advocate for my baby because he just can’t eat anything because he’s diabetic and it’s not like they can’t look in the system and see this. I explained again I’m not in GA currently. Then I was told they would try to get in touch with my regular Drs. My response was I’ve called three times and again I’m asking for something that is already documented in your system that I have been helped with before by this location. After coming back to the phone for the 2nd time Jordan located the original prescription and sent it to me! Typically I have had amazing experiences with GoodVet. I’ve given multiple 5 stars reviews but this wasn’t a good customer experience.

Love this place! Very friendly and welcoming! Khalila who works the front is very personable and love her energy! She’s very straight forward and is very knowledgeable at what she does. Can’t wait to come back with my baby. Also, the wellness plan is such a great option esp if you don’t have pet insurance. It covers a lot of the necessary healthcare for your pet 🙂 10/10 recommend

Our visit to GoodVets was great. Rachael walked us through every concern and option in great detail. My dog and I felt at ease the entire visit and left with what we needed to address the immediate issue, as well as guidance for the future if the situation were to persist. An overall efficient and effective vet visit.

I don’t know how they have any good reviews. First they are overpriced, and even when I got the annual plan which includes a teeth cleaning they tried to charge me more and said it was higher level teeth cleaning. I literally have had a previous dog have to get all his teeth removed and never been upcharged before. With said teeth cleaning they only told me after i signed up they only do this at another location which takes me an hour to drive to. I get there and they have no record of the appointment. Just constant issues. Stay far away!!!

Great service, friendly staff, clean and calm environment. The doctor had a great attention to detail and was very kind. I could tell she cared about my Teddy and wanted his first vet experience to be a positive one.

Since my last visit here, I have been on and off considering leaving a review, and finally decided to do so. Only giving two stars for the care, otherwise i'd give them one.

My pet was treated at this location shortly after I got her in feburary/march, i appreciate the quick results in diagnosing her and getting her treated. What I didn't appreciate was feeling like I couldn't get a word in every time I interacted with staff in person or over the phone. The only person I had an enjoyable interaction with was the ginger front desk staff (I am so sorry I forgot your name)

My dog is now anxious at the vet after her visit here earlier this year, and I am still months later trying to undo the damage because I felt pressured to do things the way the staff wanted here. Not only that, I felt judged more than I felt listened to (again, hardly got to say anything/ask things before getting cut off.)

Not only that, after one of the front office staff tried to tell me to 'register' my dog as an ESA to 'avoid housing issues' *which i don't have*, that was the final straw. Being encouraged to fake documents/fake disabilities because of housing issues is disgusting. promoting illegal activities/fake registries that don't exist for assistance animals made me no longer want to interact with this office. The vet technician then became defensive when I called her out on it, rightfully so.

My dog was adopted as a therapist recommendation and i find it abhorrent a VET clinic would spread misinformation about these fake ESA/Service dog registries so people whom aren't disabled can take advantage and ruin things for disabled folks as they often do. I don't have any housing issues in the first place, and even If i did and wasn't disabled, I wouldn't abuse the law to find housing with my animal.
