There was an issue with the online booking but they were still able to see my dog which I really appreciated. Vet tech and doctor were super nice and explained everything pretty simply for me. Price wasn’t too bad! I’m definitely bringing my dog back ( maybe stick to calling for appointments?)

The whole staff is just wonderful. I brought in our new kitten who was a stray back in March. He was so tiny and weak. Well, 6 months later thanks to the advice and care we have received, he has gained 6 pounds, is bright eyed, strong, and active. No trace of any ear mites or anything else. GoodVets is always there for us, and everyone there is so gentle and loving with him. They make him comfortable and less scared of going to the doctor!

My boyfriend and I just adopted our first dog together and we were most concerned about finding a reliable vet in the city to provide care for our dog George. We took him to Good vets and were immediately relieved to have found such an incredible vet to help us transition into this new chapter with our pet. All of the staff were incredibly friendly from the receptionist to the vet. We had a difficult time figuring out what food worked best for George and Good Vets helped us find the best choice and provided us reassurance that there were many other choices if anything were to change and that they would guide us through it. In our first few weeks with George we would have random questions that we knew we could rely on Good Vets to respond to promptly. We highly recommend Good Vets!! 100/10!!

Exceptional care and support regarding my pets needs as they are getting older and developing issues with age. My concerns are acknowledged and taken care of with compassion. I truly appreciate the GoodVets Family so much. Most importantly communicating of what I see -vs- what should be normal for a pet experience symptoms of an illness has been vital to treatment for my fur babies. I am truly appreciative of the GoodVets Family for their knowledge, support, care, and patience for my fur babies as they age and go through the changes that come with getting older. Ive taken my pet here a few times and have noticed their pricing is higher than most vets and they charge unfairly. I was charged twice for the same service within a couple of months for a service needed prior to dental surgery, that's my first issue. My second issue is after my dog was injured at the groomer I took him in and was charged which wasn't a surprise. The surprise is when the doctor says she wants to see him in a few days for a follow up and they charge me a ridiculous amount just to say his paw is healing fine. Its unacceptable. I expect a certain level of service and the customer service is lacking. All fees and charges should be discussed with the client beforehand. Then I received a voicemail telling me that like other industries every service has a charge and the follow up was recommended not required. Well again the doctor made none of the clear to me. I suggest making sure you discuss all fees associated with the service before you allow them to touch your pet. Vetenarians are known to run up your bill just because they can and put charges on everything, this one isn't any different than all the others but they claim to be "GoodVets".

If you’re first time pet owner (who’s first thoughts are “man how can I afford pet care when I do t even have legit insurance for myself” ) GoodVets is where you need to go honestly. They’re affordable and friendly. Two of the most important things when it comes to well WHATEVER! The vets were knowledgeable and encouraging. Check em out yall!

The staff has terrible attitude and for a place that takes care of animals show little to no empathy. I was one minute past their grace period for our appointment for my dog who cannot stand, which you can imagine is difficult to transport. I walked in one minute past the grace period, and watch the front desk clerk sit on the phone for four minutes. Then was told that we are unable to be seen because we were too late for Our appointment. Meanwhile, there was only one other person behind me, and nobody in the rooms but because they have future appointments there was nothing that they could do. I drive 35 minutes one way to this vet, but will no longer do so I prefer to have my dog seen by a vet veterinarian that cares more about being a few minutes late. Shame on good vets, you’ve lost a customer forever. I implore anybody reading this to go elsewhere

Excellent job overall. I was disappointed with the price of the visit ($90 per cat for a well-visit is a lot when I paid $50 per cat in gulf Texas and $60 per cat in Salt Lake City, UT; also, this price point wasn't discussed before the visit happened), but the care and time spent with us was excellent and well-valued. We also were able to get a next day new patient appointment, which was awesome.
