This store has been pretty good in the past, But they have implemented changes the last few months that I as a customer do not approve of.

1. They now tag "special items" at a higher price and hide the tags until you go to check out. This has happened to me twice now in things that arnt even special. The first time was a nike shirt, it had some stains on it I thought I could maybe get out and for $2 it was worth the risk but when I got to the counter turns out they had hidden a tag on it and it was $7. I told them never mind and left. But just a few days ago, I bought a handful of things and was excited about one find in particular so I wasnt paying attention when I checked out. I got home and went to try on the shirt and found the hidden Special price tag on it and checked my recipt and sure enough i was charged more then double a regular shirt price for a plain camo t shirt. Its fine if you want to charge more for higher quality, but put them in a special area so people arnt shocked by the price increase.

2. They are organizing their clothes by color which means that I have to check the whole rack every time instead of whats just newly put out. I wish they would just put whats new at the front of each size and when they have to remove old clothing, they generally know it will be in the back. Yea it looks pretty but as someone who goes to thrift stores regularly it makes me want to go to this store less.

Dear customers of good will, the managers at the chatsworth store just fired a girl for sitting down while passing a kidney stone. Also the removed all chairs from the work area of a pregnant woman. The manager tyler is the main culprit. Jason is a decent man but his hands are tied due to his managers being inhuman towards their employees. I will never give them another dime after what I witnessed today.

Dropped off several bags of clothing and misc items last week at the donation area. An employee couldn't have been nicer. She brought out a cart to help us unload. We didn't go inside the store so I can't say anything about that but we were very pleased with the dropoff.

Unfriendly & Rude! Prices are ridiculous considering the huge amount of merchandise that they receive daily. Donations are given to inable store to help people in the community & that would also include the customers whom r shopping for deals/ discounts at a thrift store

Worst place to shop. The managers are straight up rude and have no manners. (This isn’t the first time the manager has yelled at a customer). They sold my sister a slide and it had a price on it of $4.94. They sold it to her and didn’t tell her a price at checkout. She thought she was buying it for $5, only to get home to find out that she paid nearly $13. My dad takes it back, just to make sure the price was right. The manager comes out raising her voice saying that they don’t do refunds. My father tried to explain to her that he didn’t come to return it but to just check the price. She cut him off and continued to yell at him. I told her kindly that there was no need to yell. To respond she said, “ Do not tell me what to blanking do.” Never again will my family and I shop there, (and note we spend a good $100 a month there, and that is just me). I will move my business over to Salvation Army. I have yet to have a problem out of them and they treat their customers right.

Unfortunately this store and employees are highly unprofessional. Store policy about items outside is you’re supposed to take the sticker off of the item you would like (with the name of the item and price) and you’re allowed to purchase this item when inside. Which is exactly what I did. Shopped around the store for about 5 minutes and another women asked about said item. I politely informed her that I was getting that item, and I had already taken the sticker. Both employees said I wasn’t allowed to purchase this item because apparently the other women was checking out first. I have shopped at this store for years and this has never been a problem before.
As I was checking out my daughters toy we asked about this policy and both employees agreed with me that the women should of taken the sticker. But basically told me I should of checked out first. Will not be shopping here again. Highly unprofessional employees.

This store is so organized! I love how everything is in it's place, and the people there are so nice! We try to go every weekend. Their prices are good, I think. Love this store!! Great deals!! I saw a woman in front of me had a PILE OF ALL TYPES of clothes, and it came to $20.03..I was like, Wow! Nice staff also!

Prices on clothing are the same as other Goodwill stores. The prices on other items tends to be more expensive but still cheaper than new. Staff is a little standoffish and can be almost rude. Still one of the cheaper places in town to buy things.
