Month after month I continue being disappointed. Used to this was the go to place for ensuring your family was clothed for all seasons at a bargain price considering ALL their items are donated. Unfortunately they changed their pricing system that not only gouges the typical going price but makes it very difficult for families of low income able to afford clothing for themselves and their family. I used to spend thousands a year at goodwill but this year I have spent $122. Please support your local thrift and consignment stores first, not only are the local thrift stores cheaper but also supporting our community of small business owners.

This Goodwill was a refreshing change from the Goodwills in the Chattanooga area as the pricing for furniture and big ticket items was very reasonable. It has a larger footprint and is very well stocked with clothes and household goods. It has the largest selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and albums that I’ve seen at any thrift store. I noticed several kids bikes and a great selection of helmets and other sporting goods. While I was there, the staff kept bringing out more new inventory, making it hard to leave! Overall, the quality was very good and most all clothing I looked at was in great shape. I purchased an Ann Taylor top and brand new in box hardware for a dresser. Very good handicapped accessibility and close parking.

I really wanted to give my local Goodwill a good review. I practically spend over half of my pay check here and I don't lie. I am not a senior and never served, and I have never once been given or treated special for my contributions over the past years, but man have I handed over the money to this store. I am generous and always try to be nice and polite, but I have to bite my tongue and it is all I can do to not raise a fuss almost everytime I go in this place and I have before due to the way the clerk has acted when I go to check out. I HAD to contact a corporate representative OR district representative one time over a high dollar item that was damaged and sold to me but not checked before putting out and I was told that I couldn't return for credit, even though the price tag and bank statement proved I purchased it, they wanted the receipt and anything else was not enough. District rep kindly agreed to help and authorize that for me the store manager tried to act like she was making the exception and like she was doing me a favor or that the district rep didn't do anything. They don't hesitate to take your money but the customer service is off the charts ridiculously lacking and I find some of them offensive and rude and the ones that are not consumer facing are nice and personable. Even after I had to get a district rep assist me, the little cashier tried to act like she was to initiate the in store credit and it wasn't for the proce I paid, it was item for item and the one I was purchasing that day was about half of the price of the damaged one so I had to raise a fuss and everyone acted like they were doing me a favor, they had my money already for the scrap item, it should have been damaged our not put on the floor to start with. I SWEAR some reps try to go over and above and want to contradict the pricing in the back, but luckily "some" new faces are coming in, it's the old ones that they should be concerned about "keeping" and I realize that the store closes at 8, but I have to hear every minute when the store closes and I brought in an almost 8 dollar drink with me tonight and I sat it down somewhere and go figure the reps, rather than helping me yelled at me and acted like I just bother them so much, by giving them their paychecks and donating a large amount each day and could not look for my drink because it was after 8, I mean you have 5 employees standing around and not one willing to help you look for it. I WAS in 1 OF 2 places and I had to leave it, made me mad enough to finally post my true review and feelings on how I am treated when I come into this store. Over 50 dollars a day and still act like you are scum. I just will never understand being in customer service, I would never slam stuff around because you are not getting out BEFORE the store is to close, I mean cmon.

I was baffled at the pricing here. I have lived in cleveland my entire life, visited this goodwill and the other one across town forever. Recently the pricing at this specific goodwill is insane. it will have the price tag (from the actual store) for $1 and this goodwill will price it $3. WITH THE ORIGINAL PRICE TAG ON IT. I have visited the other goodwill and it’s way cheaper and reasonably priced for used items that goodwill receives at no cost FOR FREE. Please make a change. you guys are supposed to help people - especially in these times. 🙂

They have lost their minds with pricing. It's chaotic. Not organized well. With this pricing you might as well go to Walmart, you can get Brand new stuff cheaper on clearance.

Lovely store, lovely employees. I Go often, Once a month at a minimum but more likely to be often than that ?. If you have issues finding items you like, consistency is the key! They have entirely new things on the shelves almost every day. Only complaint is I have the tendency to struggle with the weight of the doors due to my disability, just something to consider before you go if you have arm / joint problems or use a mobility aid; it’s never been a big enough issue to be a turn off for me though! Pricing is pretty consistent. Not as cheap as other more local thrifts but 10x better than other chains. Very reasonable !

I LOVE this place. But the recent changes have ruined it. An old tank top is $5.99! I miss high school when you could get a whole outfit for $5. I still am going to go there. Because I love both shopping and donating. But I look at it as just another store now, not the "Palace Of Inexpensive Treasure" that it once was.
