saved my kitten's life. bug had not been acting himself for awhile, puking after eating, not drinking, his stomach acid having a pink tint to it. i called and they got me in the same day. the desk staff are so welcoming and caring, the vet called me everyday he was at the vet's, and answered all my questions, never made me feel like bug and me were another number but truly cared about him and getting him healthy.

I wish I could give 0 stars, my cat who wasn’t that sick was taken in they said she had diabetes and kept her for three nights, I got her back and she was so dehydrated and hungry and not the same cat I left three nights before. She passed very quickly and it makes zero sense. I believe they overdosed her with insulin. When he was showing me how to give her insulin he couldn’t even see where to put the needles he should not be working anymore. He has not sympathy for you or your animals. do NOT bring your cats to this vet especially Dr. Terry Kaeser

My sugar glider suddenly had a bump on her face one night. I had the hardest time getting into a vet due to my work hours and most near me having little to no exotics experience. Most wouldn’t even see her.

I drove an hour to come to this clinic after trying to make it work at other vets for a couple days. Their office fee was more than reasonable and he was so good with our glider she decided to climb all over him and didn’t want to come back to me right away, despite being well bonded with me. In the 8 years we’ve had her and her sister we’ve been lucky to not need a vet more than their initial health screening. So glad we have a go to option within somewhat reasonable distance now. Since our first vet is now 3+ hours away from our new home.

She’s on antibiotics and I haven’t noticed a change in the bump on her face yet. He thinks it’s a scratch that closed up but got infected. We are only on day 2 of the meds but I was so impressed I needed to share. It was a great experience. I might even start bringing our dogs here, though they have a vet closer to home.

They got us right into an exam room which matters because they could easily be disturbed by other clients bringing in their larger animals. We did not wait long at all. Just a spectacular experience and we have a follow up in two weeks too.

Update: my baby is all better and back to eating normal and gaining some weight back. Her checkup went well and they didn’t even charge me for the follow up visit!

The problem with this place is that the vet doesn't give you any clue as to what things will cost, and he doesn't give you a say in things. He just decides what he wants to try with your pet, and doesn't give your pet back until he's done. I took my dog in multiple times because he couldn't walk, and the vet kept him (without calling me) for days. Eventually he called me saying he was going to keep my dog for a week to give him acupuncture treatments, and when I got him back, he was no better whatsoever, and they wanted me to pay $1500 upfront and berated me for not having the money. I had NO IDEA how much this was going to cost, and I had no say in the matter, and we did not have the means to pay it. Two weeks later, we had no choice but to put our dog down because the vet's treatments wouldn't work, and they wouldn't let us come back because we owed them money.

My girlfriend found a rabbit on the side of the road after taking me to work and she checked on it after dropping me off and it was alive so she got it into a box and called Goshen animal clinic and they said to bring the rabbit in and they will try their best to help it and they have animal rehabilitating people on standby. They SAVE MY DOGS LIFE! I called in to them explained she was JUST HIT BY TRASH TRUCK!!!😭. They said bring her in immediately we have an opening, so I brought her down there and the veterinarian came out immediately!!! She took such good care of her, save her LIFE!! My dog Mila was in shock .... They medicated her, Stitched her back together & it was all done at a fantastic price! When I was called with the bill it was less than half of what I expected to pay under the circumstances!!! I was able to pick her up last night. Although my dog is moving very slow still, due to the severity of the accident, but the quick, precise work and knowledge of similar situations they were able to act quickly in the best medical Manor available and now my dog MILA.. is expected to have a full recovery!!! 4-6 Weeks. Due to the Fantastic work of the veterinarian and the staff down there my dog is still alive, my kids are happy, my wife is happy and I too am very pleased!!! Highly recommended by me and my family to anyone that's put in an unfortunate situation like this! THEY CAN AND WILL HELP !!!!

My wife took our Mr.Mittens here. After having a horrible experience with 2 other Vet. Clinics we were very nervous to go to a veterinary clinic ever again, but with 4 cats it's kind of hard to avoid! This clinic takes time to listen to you ,care for your animal,explain, offer advice, and tell you the price of everything before proceeding. The doctors and their whole staff were so friendly as well! Thank you all for such a great experience!
