I'm not fond of their 2 veterinarians. Personalities do not instill confidence. The one I liked left. They have my pet's history, so I'll probably stay until my pet passes.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. They recommend calling from the parking lot to ensure the lobby will not have too many other animals in the waiting area. Knowledgeable doctor.

This place is so warm and welcoming, I took my Guinea pig here and his nails got clipped. When my Guinea came to me she was happy to finally be able to use her arms and legs with little cut nails. She changed for the better! Surprisingly I am being totally honest!

Have taken my cats here for 13 years. Kind and caring service always. Easy to make appointments. Dr Mlsna is our favorite vet, she is very easy to work with and really cares about the pets.

Dr. Mlsna is amazing! This veterinary practice is top-notch. We have 4 pups now, and each of them is happy and healthy. We never have to wait long to be seen. When our 14 yo corgi was very ill and needed to be seen and put down, they squeezed us in at the end of a long day so we could have it done there and not at an emergency pet hospital. They were so understanding and gave us options for treatment, never pushing their beliefs on us. Dr. Mlsna always gives us all the information, tells us her opinion, and let's us choose the right treatment plan for us. She was able to give us over a year with our pup before we had to bring her in. This is the best vet in Lake County!
