Dr. McMahon is a very kind and caring person. He takes amazing care of our aging dogs. And he is very thorough with diagnosing the situation. GPAH maybe a bit of a drive from us, but totally worth the care we get. And they use the Otto app to communicate, which they are fast to respond on! Thank you Dr. McMahon and Team for being so awesome!

First, I'll start with the front desk staff, she was very polite, pleasant to speak with, and seemed she enjoyed her job there very much (people who enjoy their workplace is an important factor for me). I wish I remembered her name to give her the credit. There was no wait time for me in the front area and the wait time in the room was about 5-10 minutes. Secondly, the vet technician, she was also very polite and pleasant to speak with. She wrote detailed notes for the doctor, and handled my newly adopted stray cat with love, care, and lots of scratchies. She didn't "man handle" my cat like I've seen most do at other offices with my other cat while getting shots (both cats are extremely friendly and easy to handle). She also seemed to enjoy her job there very much as well. Thirdly, the doctor, he was very professional. He was friendly and also caring towards my cat. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and explained everything in detail. Overall experience was great! Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly and efficient staff. I moved here in 2021 and called their office first! They’ve always been great with my 7 yr old boxer mix! Any concerns or questions I’ve had they were very helpful and explained their explanations thoroughly.
In the past I’ve had other vet offices brush off my concerns or answer condescendingly, but NEVER have I felt that way at this office.

They are so friendly and willing to help their customers! Happy smiles and wagging tails from this dog mom and her boy!

Dr. Wilde has been Nola's vet for the past 7 years, while the staff are very professional Nola's needs are very unique as she is a USAF Service animal and has traveled the world. During out travels she has needs and at times Dr. Wilde has always been there to get her thru. As German Shepard she is very protective of me but Dr. Wilde handles her with the utmost care and trust. The staff is so friendly and now that she is getting older and as all living creatures she has the best care from his staff and partners. If there was a rating he would be Michelin star and we are so glad to meet him thru a referral from another patients owner.

Dr. Jim was thorough and provided the best assessment of my dogs health. I had went to another vet and felt I didn’t get all the information/assessment I needed. Even though the information I received was not good news. I highly recommend this clinic!

Had a 3:00 appointment, arrived at 2:55. Called them, which is their policy to bring the dog in, they said they were behind, asked the receptionist how long? 20-30 minutes?. They wanted me and my dog to sit in the car for 20-30 minutes. My time is valuable, asked why they couldn’t have called me, she agreed with sorry. Courtesy would have been, a phone call we are behind so I didn’t have to race home from work to make the appointment. God forgive me if I missed the appointment, they would have charged me a fee. Don’t recommend this place, rude and uncaring staff. Find a caring and better place.

Our veterinarian retired. We were very worried about finding an individual who was as caring, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable as he was. ( 45 years as a veterinarian) Dr McMahon and his staff are absolutely top-notch!! They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring!! A good veterinarian is actually hard find. Going forward our fur babies are definitely being trusted to the care of Grand Prarie Animal Hospital!!
