The staff is very helpful, kind and caring. I was there an extended amount of time due to a couple of serious emergencies. I was in with my dog two days in a row. Unfortunately he stumped them, they did give some good recommendations for follow up. My only concern is the information that was sent to my regular veterinary office did not have any diagnostic results from labs or X-rays.

Where to begin? The great care? The immediate response? The vet coming out and making me fully aware of treatment options? Compassionate care?
I took my youngest dog in for eye trauma saturday night and they were professional, accommodating and just all around calm when dealing with my stressed out self.
The other ER vet I went to spent more time talking about the politics of this place and theirs. At Grand Valley ER they were more concerned about my pup, which I preferred.
The vet, (Dr. M, I call her because I definitely don't know how to spell her name), showed me pictures of what was wrong and gave me a couple of options and in my opinion was very forthright. I relied on her expert opinion which I am grateful for.
I had a bit of a snafu with payment options which the staff helped to work out.
I definitely felt Maya was in great hands. 100%.
This was my second dog I've taken there (also a great experience), so I highly recommend.

My dog ate a big box of raisins in the middle of the night, which I was fortunate to notice but also quite concerned about due to how poisonous grapes/raisins are to most dogs. I took him here at 1am and the staff did an amazing job. They were very transparent about what they were doing, what my options were (with the exact prices of each option), and what I should after leaving emergency care. I think because of this, my dog not only survived the incident but actually ended up without any serious issues at all and was perfectly fine the following days.

I was so glad this ER exists for things like this. They were very professional and courteous and seemed to do all the right things for the situation. The place was very clean and orderly as well, the staff was excellent. I hope I do not need to use their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to bring any of my pets here.

We’ve gone to this vet for two emergencies with our pitbull/german shepherd. One time with our chihuahua. Once with our pit he was seconds away from passing with a hole on the inside of his leg and the other one he couldn’t barely walk. Both times, they were absolutely amazing. Immediately responsive, took our dogs back immediately, came out with answers very fast, kept us informed, communicated every payment, were so kind and compassionate. Every staff member they have is so kind and amazing. Definitely want to point out, we thought it was very cool how the vet (can’t remember his name but he was a younger man with brown hair) got down to our dogs level and sat on the floor with our dog the entire time he was talking to us, to make our dog feel confortable. So kind. Love it!!

Dr Joy and her team took great care to make sure my Boston Terrier, Rocky, was well taken care of. Though our visits was for less-than-ideal reasons, I left feeling reassured my boy was in good hands. I can’t thank everyone there enough for what they did to make sure he was comfortable and I was well informed. AND, I’m happy to report Rocky is recovering well and hasn’t lost a step yet! Thanks again!!!

I had to come back and edit my review, because my doggo ended up coming back two more nights, making three nights all together.
Absolutely phenomenal care. I had to rush my baby in late at night after she had puked a concerning amount of blood. She lost consciousness and stopped responding minutes before entering the parking lot, and this team wasted no time stabalizing her. As soon as we walked through the door she was on a table. The entire team moved swiftly to assess and treat my girl, keeping me informed every step of the way. They explained the options clearly and made sure I understood everything that was going on, putting my mind at ease during one of the scariest times of my life. Not only did they provide exceptional medical attention, but they also showed genuine kindness and concern. There was no judgments, no lectures, just compassion. I can truly tell that this team is here because they care and that put me at so much ease knowing I was leaving her with people who had her best interest in their hearts.
A big special thank you to Dr Marciniak and Sierra, They stayed with and gave 100% attention to my baby the entire first night. Dr Emily cared for her on night number two, and diagnosed her problem. Dr Marciniak rushed in to do her surgery with Dr Emily, and Dr. Millar gave exceptional care after her surgery. All the front desk staff who were just as knowledgeable and kind as the Dr's, every day i was there was just as good as the last.
I got so lucky to have these wonderful humans be the ones to work with my girl. I'm eternally grateful. Couldn't recommend enough

We noticed on thanksgiving that our 14 year old guy was having some shortness of breath and by Sunday he was having extreme difficulty breathing so we brought him in. We were expecting that he might have pneumonia or maybe even congestive heart failure. Dr Emily took him back right away got some X-rays and gave us news that we NEVER expected. His lungs were full of cancer. She was so kind. She gave us our options and let us talk about it. Although we could have opted for palliative care his disease was far too advanced to give us more than a few days with him. We opted for euthanasia. The staff at the clinic were so kind and understood the pain we were going through. It was such a hard decision but they were so gentle and compassionate. I felt like they really cared about our guy. For those that didn’t get the outcome they were expecting from this facility, I’m sorry but our experience,although the worst outcome you can imagine was the best we could have hoped for.
