They are the most caring, kindest and professional staff we have ever encountered in all our years of owning dogs. Dr. Basin and Lindsay are so remarkable and so caring. We are so blessed to have been clients of theirs. Our baby received amazing care and love. There cost are reasonable. We can’t say enough great things about them.

Wonderful, loving, caring environment. Not my vet bc I live in Fla but I had to board my dad's dog off there for a few days as he was in the hospital and the staff could not have been kinder. If I lived in Prescott, this would definitely be my vet choice. They followed up by email to me. and his dog had a terrific stay. Thank you guys for being so wonderful. ❤️

Granite Mountain Veterinary Hospital is the best vet in Prescott Arizona! The kindest and most caring staff, I boarded my dog Winston there 3 different times. They always took good care of him. Sadly, Winston went into kidney failure and Dr. Seins and Maddy came to our house to help us let Winston go peacefully over the rainbow bridge. I have never met such wonderful caring people and I will always remember their kindness to us and Winston. ❤️‍?

Every staff member we encountered our first visit was so friendly and knowledgable! The vet spent a lot of time with us, thoroughly examining my dog and giving lots of preventative care suggestions. Being new to town it was a huge relief to find such a great vet!

I cannot express in words the kindness and compassion that Dr.Bason and all staff showed to our cat Morris and to us. The level of care and attention they provide is priceless, and our family is forever grateful to have had them walk beside us.

Been a long time customer here.

Use caution...VET TECH-Ashton needs to learn humility. Maybe she can sprinkle a little compassion in when she has to interact with the customers, in regards to how she treats people over the phone.

I have never been laughed at while asking for a prescription to be emailed over to a prescription provider. Then she tried to deny it. Sadly this is the work force everywhere.

We had to bring our baby kitty Carl in to figure what was causing his issues. The staff was so pleasant, and treated Carl so well. We greatly appreciated how they explained Carl's condition and our next steps. They were so caring and compassionate. We will be back again when it's time. Everyone here is so amazing. The doctors are the sweetest and fully explain things to you, they go above and beyond. From the second you walk in the door til when you leave you can tell everyone cares about your fur babies!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars
