I am very happy to say that I had a great experience with Grayy Customs. Dropped my car off on a Friday morning for a wrap of my car to a blue. And even though I ended up having to wait a few more days eventually getting my car on a Wednesday instead of a Monday I was in contact with the owner the whole time getting updates on my car and how the process was going. And even got my calipers painted for free just for the inconvenience of having to wait a few extra days. I’m happy with the results and everything looks clean.

I had an amazing wonderful experience. My Porsche was wrapped weeks ago and the amount of compliments I’ve received on my car is unbelievable. Sam assisted me throughout the entire process and him as well as the staff were very professional and helpful. Along with doing the wrap Grey Customs also sent out my rims to be painted from chrome to all black and also did my Calipers Cooper while keeping my Porsche logo on both rims and Calipers. I will forever be thankful and grateful of the service I have received from Grey Customs and I highly recommend them for anyone who truly cares for their vehicle. I will definitely return back.

This shop could easily be missed. Just driving by but they're absolutely worth it. The shop owner is a really cool guy who's very transparent with pricing and the process. He's also very knowledgeable of the product and is willing to provide creative advice to make sure you are truly happy with the end result. The Cyber truck was my first project with him. I then sent my brother and rest assured I will recommend any and all who need his services which I have now learned go beyond just wrapping cars.

I found Grayy Customs through Google reviews and here I am leaving a review myself. Sam was very professional and helpful choosing the best tints for my car. Since I work so close to the shop, to avoid waiting for my car, Sam suggested I drop off my car before work and he would drop me off to work and someone would pick me up at the end of my work day. I really appreciated the consideration of my time and also knowing the job won't be rushed if I had waited. I met the staff and they were all super nice, especially Christian. The shop is very clean and organized. I love how the tints came out and the work is guaranteed, including a follow up a few days after to make sure tints cured properly and a hand wash. Thank you Grayy Customs, I'll definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

I honestly wish I could be one of the 5 stars reviews but unfortunately it was probably the worst experiences I’ve had

Below I will write the issues I came across
- I brought my car in back in January and the car was with them for 3 weeks
- They would continually change dates and lie to me about the pickup date. It went from 3 days to, 5 days, to 1 week, to 2 weeks, to 3 weeks
- When I went to pickup the trunk of my car wouldn’t open
- I arrived home with the door being unable to open and after turning the car off the inside lights would not turn off
- In addition to that the ppf would stick out on the edges and there was multiple rough cuts
- They offered to pick up car which was nice. Nevertheless, one time I was informed it would be dropped off the same day and instead I got a “sorry I fell asleep” the next day.
- Another time when picking up the car, they made my uncle wait outside for 2 hours in the cold because his worker forgot what time they agreed the car would be pickup up
- Another time, I had to cancel plans to celebrate my birthday as they would not respond to my messages and calls about when I should expect to receive the car.
- After a few times of bringing the car back, they did the whole ppf again and the same thing happened, the ppf would not stick, and there was a few rough cuts
- They lost the Chevrolet badge on the back of my car and door plastic would stick out everytime it was opened (and they actually cut a piece of it which upsets me
- They informed me to stop by to correct all the mistakes, I come back to be informed “come back next week” (this is 6 months after I originally brought my car)
- They somehow, manage to tell me again, you can pickup but bring back next week. I had to delay moving out of state because of this.
- I’ve gotten my car detailed 2 times and both times, I have been informed by people that it was the worst ppf they had seen
- I was informed I’d get a 3.5k refund and that was in March. I honestly don’t know how more patient I can be. I asked for another 500 for another mess up they had made and they agreed to pay. I have not received any of my money back.
- I honestly just want the refund that I was promised. My calls have been ignored for the past week.
