Staff are wonderful support with all pets. They showed compassion for RIP Ethan Grace. Plus, Kat was a bit scared but appeared, relaxed for her yearly exam.

Such a friendly, welcoming staff! And the new office is great, with larger exam rooms. Dr Collner takes excellent care of our dog Jesse and makes sure she is in the best of health.

Love the new office! Staff and the veterinarian was very pleasant. Would recommend.
I would have given a five star but waiting for two days for test results and knowing my fur baby has to wait for a diagnosis and treatment. Hopefully tomorrow.
UPDATE: I did get the test results today. Luckily they were good but still puzzled what was/is wrong. They issued pain meds.

My mother and I brought in our dog Oreo today on 8/22/2023

My mom called this morning and explained the situation and that nobody else would help us. Oreo had begun having seizures at eleven forty five last night. And they stopped until two thirty in the morning. And then started up again. Oreo then had even more seizures throughout the morning. The tech and doctor were very caring and compassionate as well. My mom made the very difficult decision to have the dog put to sleep. We spent some additional time alone with her. We're really going to miss her dearly. Thank you Pope Animal Hospital for everything.

We appreciate it a lot.
