The staff and vets are really nice. They started some shady stuff with hidden charges though. Charged $7.00 to dispose of a needle. That's price gouging! $1.00 would more than cover the disposal cost of a single syringe. They are more expensive than any other vet as it is...

This practice has been out vet for the last 5 years and we couldn’t be happier. Recently we very unexpectedly and sadly had to have one of our dogs put down. The compassion and love that our dog received, and that we received, was unparalleled. They provided us with yummy treats to give her for a “last meal” of sorts and let us take the time to cherish her ensuring we had time to love on her. She truly just went to sleep in our arms. At no point did we feel rushed, just exceptionally well cared for. We and our sweet Poppy Seed every bit of humane dignity during such a difficult time. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian practice in our area.

The staff at Greenbrier is no doubt very kind and welcoming with their clients. However, I brought my cat there three weeks ago because I was scared there was something very wrong with him. After examining him they told me he was just getting older and gave him an appetite stimulation. 2 weeks later it got a lot worse and they told me to just bring him to the ER. Within 5 minutes at the ER they told me there was a huge tumor that was even visible due to the bloating. My only option was to put him down due to the pain and how big the tumor was. My only concern is how it went unnoticed by the professional vet that I trusted.

I have tried numerous vets in Harford County. My animals are my babies so I am very particular of the Drs. they go to. Greenbrier stands out above them all. They are by far THE best around. The doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Streett really took his time with the examination and went over options for my old man’s knees. What I like most is that he remembers my boys each time (even if it’s been months in between our visits). The front desk staff and the techs are all lovely as well and kind. This practice genuinely cares for their patients. I highly recommend them! A+++++

I had a wonderful experience at Greenbrier veterinarian clinic my puppy. Prince had his first vaccines there. The prices are also very fair, They even trimmed his nails free of charge. They were very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone to take their pup to this clinic, and I will be back.

They are always compassionate, even if there is a wait we are kept informed, they explain things in detail and answer all questions. I will not trust anyone else with
My animals but the staff there. From the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets- they are top notch and I am grateful we have them.

I cannot speak highly enough about Greenbrier Vet!
After moving, I had not established a new vet. My dog had two different emergencies with a broken nail and an eye infection in less than a month. On both occasions, they were able to fit me in the same day. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and the Vets were equally as knowledgeable. They will definitely be my primary vet moving forward when I'm in Maryland. Thanks so much!

One of the vet techs Kim Y, was extremely rough with my dog — visibly agitated and impatient because my dog was fearful of being at the vet office, and trying to hide behind me while the tech was trying to swab his ear. She was forcefully yanking at him in his prong collar, right in front of me.
My dog is a gentle giant and it was hard to watch.
The same tech was nasty with me months prior to this visit and I didn’t say anything, but when I spoke up this time, I was met with zero empathy or resolution from the Vet Practice Manager Katrina W. Katrina was extremely apathetic on the phone call with me, and tried to claim the vet tech was afraid of my dog — the same dog that was cowering behind me during the appointment. Imagine.
Katrina offered no sympathy to me feeling uncomfortable about how my dog was treated, and had a “this entire conversation is an inconvenience to me” attitude on the phone.
The cherry on the cupcake is that I spent $200 there for my dogs ear infection, the nasty vet tech took my dog back to a room to administer claro, in both ears, and it somehow didn’t work. So now I’m out $200 and my dog is still suffering.
Because of Katrina’s horrible phone etiquette, and lack of acknowledgement on my uncomfortable experience there, I asked her to send all of my animals vet records to me so I could switch vet practices, and even then, she’s like “okay that’s fine.”
Big yikes honey, that just lost you my business and my family friends who I referred to your practice, business.
I have 8 animals I take care of and have brought there for years now, and Katrina felt like it was more important to have an attitude on the phone and to lose my business instead of taking accountability for what happened and trying to offer a resolution as to why my dog was treated this way and why my dog is STILL sick $200 later.
Hope Katrina and Kim get their attitudes fixed, and remember why they went into this field in the first place, which SHOULD have been about helping and loving animals. I would never trust my animal alone at this place again.
