My mastiff became pregnant and I am by far a breeder so I didn’t know what to expect. I did a lot of research on my own and watched a lot of videos. I saw a video that advised it was best to have an X-ray for peace of mind to know how many pups you would be expecting.
I called multiple vets even my own hometown vet and no one offered this service or taking any new patients.
I called Hamby and they were so friendly and supportive and got me in within the next few days. I am glad I went because what was a puppy count X-ray led us to find out we lost one of the puppies.

Everything about this facility is warm and welcoming. We didn’t feel rushed they answered all of our questions, gave us detailed instructions.

I honestly wish my personal doctors would treat me as the vet treated my girl. We are still in the waiting phase but the peace of mind is so much better knowing I found a place I could count on for help and support.

Dr. Bob is the BEST!!!!! I have 4 dogs Rayne, Storm, Tsunami, and Blizzard; he has treated, catered to and cared for all 4. We drive over an hour and 20 minutes for appointments. Vaccines ✔️ c-sections ✔️ unfortunately even Euthanasia. None the less this location is worth every penny.

We brought our highly energetic dog to Hamby to be collected and semen frozen. Dr Bob and his staff were great with him and were able to quickly change their approach when our dog wasn't cooperating. Later when process was complete, Dr Bob spent time with us explaining the testing and freezing process and answering all the questions we had. Great experience and would definitely drive the 5 hours again.

I feel so safe and secure here. This is why I feel that way: easy to book an appointment, walk in hour opportunity, quick to respond to phone calls and email, helpful staff, outstanding knowledge - big team of doctors, same staff every time, clean - every exam room / the waiting room / the rest room. I have been to other vets, and they don’t come close to Hamby Road. It’s a bit more expensive, but you’re paying for the service and expertise on top of the procedures / medication.

About this operation because I’ve seen it done elsewhere and the dog looks so bad because the cuts weren’t made correctly and I expressed to her how I wanted it to look and she did so good, izzy looks great, izzy was well taken care of very happy and pain free I HIGHLY recommend this place you can tell this place is the real professionals!

We had our 1st visit with Dr Jan last week and could not have been happier. (We had been going to another vet a few miles south)
Everything was so nice. From the moment we walked in the door, the facility immediately felt warm, relaxing and more importantly, inviting.
All the staff are so friendly & caring.
