If I could give a thousand star rating, this pet clinic deserves it. Words can not express how I feel and at this point I feel like the staff and I are family : ) I called this past Saturday for my dog Leo to come in with no appointment in an emergency situation. From the moment I walked in, I was met with care, kindness, and professionalism. I was so nervous, and my hands were shaking I couldn't even fill the form out. The nice ladies at the front desk step in and did that for me. The vet, and vet tech (I'm assuming) we're kind and knowledgeable. Words can not express how amazing the staff were to us. I think I'm going to switch my little guy Leo's clinic after this. : )

I can't say enough good things about Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital. The care my dog receives is exceptional every single time. The front staff are consistently warm and accommodating, making every visit smooth and stress-free. 2 months ago I wanted to give this animal hospital a shot after reading the good reviews. After getting a quote for a dental cleaning for my dachshund for over $2000, he just had a dental cleaning last year at another vet which cost me roughly $500. No extractions were made.
Now he is due for his rabies shot, he was just in office 2 months ago for his annual, to want to charge me $70 just for the office visit to administer a rabies shot is more than disappointing.

Services have went downhill since they changed staff members. My dog usually has a great experience when he comes. We went out for vacation and came back he was extremely sick. Clearly, they weren’t giving him any love or care. He’s been coming to them since day 1! They usually send your pictures during vacation but this time they didn’t. Then, referred us to an emergency hospital for dogs because, he could’ve died and that place had us wait 2 hours just to accept other patients quicker. Ending up going elsewhere because of the lack of care. Please this place can kick rocks! He won’t be coming back

I recently had my 2 dogs come in for some vaccines. One of my doggos can be difficult when it comes to vet visits but they went very slow with him and it turned out to be a successful visit. The entire staff and Dr. Williams were very attentive to my concerns!

I switched to Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital because I had a negative experience where I used to go. Well I'm happy I did! Dr. Flowers was amazing when my girl got spayed! I was a nervous wreck! She was so patient with all my 100 questions and their staff was so kind and compassionate. I also take my ChiPin there for regular visits and have seen other doctors there along with vet technicians and always had a great experience. Definitely a great choice for your fur babies care.
