My experience at Hancock veterinary with Dr. Booth and her assistant has exemplary. Dr. Booth takes dedicated time in the exam and provides options to your pets issues. She never dismisses the problem with common statements such as it's allergies, you'll just deal with it or when they get to that age they're just gonna have pains. At one point through our visit when Dr. Booth called to give us updates, she mentioned that she had been thinking about our pets problem after we had been there and had some other ideas that she presented to me. It has been years since I went to a veterinary clinic where the doctor thought about my pet one minute after they left the exam room. The assistants at front desk get back with you quickly and ensure your requests are met. In these times where service is so poor across so many businesses it is refreshing to receive service from people who care. Thank you for coming to work each day and for focusing on our pets.

Great experience with Hancock today. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Our pup has a tooth abscess and had to be seen today and we were so thankful that Hancock was open. The tech and Dr were so gentle and Baby responded well to them. We were seen right away and the doctor spent plenty of time talking with us and explaining next steps and options. This was our first visit with them. I highly recommend.

I would not trust anyone but Dr. Hargis and the Hanacock Vet crew with my fur babies! Everyone in this place is super friendly and caring and competent. If you are looking for a safe place that feels like home to care for your pets then this is the place in NWA. Just ask my Hazel! Lol

I have been more than happy with our check ups for our 2 dogs and cat. Scheduled dental cleaning and surgeries went well. We had and emergency unscheduled visit that went well. The diet recommendations have all worked. Dr. Whittemore and her rock star vet techs are realistic and thorough with me.

I really like this vet! They do great with my dog and do as much as they can in the exam room- knowing he gets anxious when he’s out of our sight. Their pricing is quite reasonable and it’s easy to get an appointment when you need. I highly recommend Hancock.

This is only our third visit and we are so glad we switched to Hancock. Everyone is so friendly and with Bella already needing surgery we were nervous due to being new however Dr. Knoedl assured us our baby would be taken care. All procedures were discussed and we were told any questions don’t hesitate to call. We are very pleased with Bella’s treatments and it’s such a relief to know she has found a forever doctor!

Best care in NW Arkansas! Dr. Brandi is awesome. She takes time to sit and discuss my pet’s care and treatment options. My cat is 19 1/2 years old and is doing well under her care. Front office staff is always helpful, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend Hancock!
