We recently moved to the area and after a lot of research we chose Hancock for our nine year old Border Collie mix. She has no health issues so it was a simple annual visit with vaccines. We were very impressed with the reception area that offered juice, coffee, water and soda as well as some freebie items like balls and bags. The exam rooms are very clean and smell pleasant. Everyone was so friendly and treated us like old customers. They do offer a lot of services that are not common, like genetic blood work so they will ask you if you are interested but I didn't feel pressured just informed. I felt listened to and comfortable letting them take our dog for her routine testings.

Razor was blind from glaucoma Dr Holmes removed the eye and it was easy recovery. Now i have a sweet happy dog. Razor has adjusted so well. God bless Dr Holmes and staff.

We just adopted a 6 y/o Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that was getting too old for breeding. At her first visit to Hancock Veterinary Services she received wonderful care including the staff being cautious of her anxiety. Additionally, the staff was great about discussing the treatment options and was upfront with the costs. We've used Hancock since we moved to NWA three years ago. I've always been pleased with the quality of care our dogs receive there.

Dr. Jernigan is excellent! The team took care of both my girls for spaying. Chloe’ and Bailee did great after the first day, of course! I’m pleased with the staff and the doctor! Very nice facility. Fair pricing as well!
