I couldn't truly express how grateful I am for Happy paws and claws! I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks for one of baby rats, Ophelia who was suffering from a tumor. Often places take a while to get new patients. Happy paws and claws was able to get me in days of calling them. Ophelia's surgery went smoothly and was done is just a few hour of drop off time. Since being at home she has been great and the vet even called the day after to make sure she was still going great. We have an appointment next week for a check up. I love how they truly care about how the pets are! The environment is very welcoming and all the staff are amazing! Coming from some bad experiences from exotic vets. I'm very happy to discover Happy paws and claws. They now only took on the task of my exotic but seemed happy to do it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. I personally will be continuing to take my all my furry children there! ( photo tax of Ophelia only hours after surgery and getting around much better and already seems to be doing good!)

The staff was extremely friendly, and just a joy to deal with. They were able to fit me in for two separate (non-emergency) appointments on very short notice. From the front desk, to the techs, to the vet herself everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend them is that I don't want them to get so busy I'd have to fight other people for appointments.

Take your pets here, you won't regret it.

We have been seeing Dr. Melton for years and she is amazing! Caring, honest, and takes wonderful care of my dogs! Her new office is awesome! Gizmo was very calm and usually shakes. We were instantly placed in a room and checked out there too. So peaceful and not hectic at all. All of her staff are so kind and you can tell they truly love their job! It has such a family feel , I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sapphire just had her first visit, and she made so many new friends! Everyone was so welcoming and happy to see her, and she loved all the treats. She had no fear at all - anytime anyone left the room, she'd look at the door wondering where her new friends went. We were able to get in same day, everything was explained to me, and it was as painless as it could been. We will definitely be recommending Happy Paws to everyone we know.

I don’t think my girl has ever received such top tier service from any other vet clinic. She has some deformities and everyone there was so sweet and caring with my girl. I’m so thankful to have found an amazing Veterinarian like Dr. Melton. From her sweet smile to her pup cups with the cheese cubes, she’s seriously one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. All of the staff there is so kind. I’ve worked in the Veterinary field before and unfortunately it is hard to find such a positive vet to take pets to, but they seriously do a fantastic job. I have absolutely no complaints. ❤️

I have been looking for a new veterinarian. My brother recommended Dr Melton from previous experience at her other facility. I could not have been more pleased! The entire staff was engaging and helpful from the time I walked in the door until the time I got to my car. They did not gouge me on prices. They were very upfront about everything they were doing for my fur baby. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their four legged family members.

I needed a vet fast for my baby girl. We were camping away from home. They got us in and took excellent care of us all. Mom was probably the worst. They put us in a larger room since we had our other pup. They brought them water and a fan while we waited on some results. If I lived in the area I would definitely go here!!!
